Squeaky Clean Clear Service

They did a great job. Paid them for a longer period because they could not finish in the time provided by the big deal. Sold the house. The only reason I won'tb use them again is because I have moved to Detroit.

It went well. Two gentlemen showed up to complete the job. The bathrooms were sparkling. There were some areas that were missed in dusting, but they quickly corrected the situation when I pointed it out.

They did not deliver on their promise. My wife took a vacation date for the appointment. They gave a last minute call to say they wouldn't be there. Extremely disappointing. It's a good thing Angie's List provided a refund without hassle.

They did come when they said they would, but overall it was a terrible experience. First of all, they came in with shotty equipment. All they did was spread the stains around. I had to hire another company to clean up after them. I paid additionally a travel fee of about $10. I do not wish any further contact from this provider.

Never responded to messages or calls. Learned from other reviews on Angie's List that provider would no longer be honoring Angie's List purchases.

I wrote to them when I first bought it, in April, and asked to schedule. I asked them to call but they never did. I emailed him on August 12. They asked if I’d bought it through Angie's List and when I said yes, they said they are no longer doing the Angie’s List deals and to get a refund or exchange. I felt a bit jerked around by them.

They did really well. I was really happy with the quality of their work! The two people that came out did a great job cleaning the entire house. There were no issues with scheduling -- it was really easy.

I was unable to schedule the service with this company after many attempts. They sent me a message through Angie's List initially. I asked them to call me and gave them dates to schedule and they never called. The days I requested for service passed. The only method of communicaton from the provider was in the Angie's List message system,even after I asked them to call me and called the provider. The only time they responded was by another message after I told them I was going to contact Angie's List about the service. This was still a message on Angie's List and not a phone call.

The service was fine. They cleaned the carpets in our living room, dining room and one bedroom.

I am not sure what happened. Two men vacuumed the house, but at the end it just did not smell or look very clean. They seemed to work hard, but I was not impressed overall. Not sure what product, if any, was used to clean spaces.

There was NO Response to any emails or phone calls. I needed my carpets cleaned before the week of 7/7/14 and lost that opportunity waiting for a response.

I wasnt able to get the services completed because the service provider didnt show for the 1st appointment schedule nor the rescheduled 2nd appointment. My address location is pretty confusing and I even offered to walk him step by step over the phone so that he could get here alright, he said okay and would call me back but I've never heard from him since. I've called him numerous times, and he doesnt return calls.

Company wasn't able to fulfill the needed dates.

I have tried for weeks to contact them for this house cleaning big deal. they dont answer they cant call back due to no voice mail to leave messages.

The company did not return my phone calls. I saw other posts on Angie's List that the provider was not showing up/not honoring big deal coupons, so I have canceled this service.

I called Angie's list to sign up for carpet cleaning.I paid the $79.00 the same night. I continually called Philip Lyle to set up an appointment but he never answered or returned my call.Today he answered and told me to get a refund from Angie's list because he was not involved with them anymore.

It did not go well.He was not here when he said he would .When we finally made contact he wanted an extra $10 for travel to come and perform the service.I was not impressed with how he did business.I felt that I was being extorted.A very unpleasant experience.

They were terrible at responsiveness. When they finally got back to me, they said they didn’t service my area.

I exchanged some messages through Angie's list attempting to schedule this service but after suggesting 3 possible dates (including June 10) in a message dated May 29, I had not heard back by June 12. On June 11 this company failed to show for a scheduled house cleaning on June 11. In light of this, I informed them on June 12 that I was going to request a refund for this deal.

They never responded to any communication and they did not call me as I asked, more than several times. I wanted them to clean while my son was at camp so I could touch up hardwood floors and it is too late now. No response from them until after I complained and asked for a refund.

I called him the day he was to clean the carpets and I was told that the offer was withdrawn and that I should contact Angie's List for the details. This was the first I heard of any problem and I had stayed home for most of the day awaiting the service provider. I called Angie's List to find out what the problem was and I was told that I should get that information from the provider. I strongly disagreed and said that I expected Angie's List to find out the cause. In any event, I ordered though AL and expected that if there was a clitch, that Angie's List should have notified me. I am as much disappointed with AL and I am the provider. I expect more from Angie's List and will most likely discontinue my membership when it comes up for renewal. I would still like answers as to why AL did not notify me of their vender's problems.

The service was scheduled for June 11 at 9:00, using the Angie's List messages service. 9:00 came and went, at approximately 9:25 I sent a message saying no one had arrived and asking if anyone was coming as scheduled. 11 minutes later I got a message (again through Angie's List) stating "we are not able to perform this service for you. Contact Angieslist to issue a refund. I replied 1 minute later asking them to explain why no one contacted to let me know they could not come. I got no response to this message. The next morning (today) I sent another message stating "Please explain why you did not let me know that you were not coming and why you decided you could not perform this service." As of this evening, still no response. I also tried to call the phone number listed on their Angie's List posting twice on the morning they did not show, got a computerized voice message saying to leave a message, I left a voicemail asking them to call me and never got a call. Talk about rude and unprofessional. I had scheduled this house cleaning for a couple days before company was coming to town and obviously could not get another service on such short notice.
