Description of Work: The provider was difficult to get ahold of. When you left messages they went unreturned. When by luck, I reached the owner he scheduled an appointment and said that he would be there to do the work himself. He never showed up or had the decency to call and say that he was not coming.

Description of Work: I made calls and left messages, he called back once and then never again. I did not get my carpets cleaned for my move out and requested to use the service I already paid for in my new home and NEVER heard back from him to schedule it. He got my money and I never got any service.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for garage cleaning and organizing. I spoke with Philip, the owner, and scheduled an appointment. I had to reschedule the appointment and they did not show up for it. I received a message from them three or four hours later that he had trouble with the truck. They later got back to me by text message saying that they would no longer honor the deal and to contact Angie’s List for the refund. They backed out entirely on the work and the deal.

Description of Work: We understand there was some kind of an issue between Angie's List and Squeaky Clean, and as a result, they cancelled my cleaning appt for June 30. The sent me an email the night before but I did not see it..they did not call. Unfortunately, we prepared for their visit by moving knick knaks, lamps, furniture, etc to make it easier for them to clean. We also boarded our dog so that she wouldn't be in the way. Very disappointed with the entire thing. Couldn't find anyone else to clean on that short notice & had to put everything back in it's original place without it being cleaned first. Kevin at Angies refunded my $$.

Description of Work: They never came. I hope you take this off my credit card. I tried to get in touch with them, they ignored me. I took advantage of the sale, but I think they were too far away and didn't want to make the trip even if I paid for gas. I believe they could have been a little professional and at least got in touch with me instead of leaving me hanging.

+ -1 moreA crew of two came out to clean my house. There was an older gentleman who was one of their employees and the owner of the company. The employee started on my kitchen and the owner started in my bathroom. The older gentleman did a great job on the kitchen and it looks fantastic. The owner, however, spent two hours cleaning our small bathroom (it only has a toilet, a sink, and shower) and my husband said that it looks like it was clean at all. On top of that, a tile in my shower was pushed in during cleaning process which also loosened the surrounding tiles. Despite breaking the tile, the rest of the work the owner did turned out very well. The glass shower door, sink, and toilet are very clean. I contacted them via the Angie's List Message Center to notify them about the broken tile and received a rude response: "Squeaky Clean Clear Service: Hello, I noticed that loose tile before I started. I sprayed that area then used a ducket of water to wash it down. Thier were no tools being used! Miss Williamson I did use Tilex! Their was no harm done to your tile. Thank you for your business." I don't feel like I asked too much in having them pay for a tile company to repair the damage they caused. The tile was not loose before they started. I'm not asking them to re-tile the entire shower, I would like the one tile that was caved in to be replaced. This is something that I noted in my Message Center response to their message above, which I feel is completely in my right.
Description of Work: This was a Big Deal purchase for $69 for 4 Hours of Housecleaning.

I showed them the areas where I particularly wanted them to concentrate. They were very thorough, professional and caring. They did a superb job. I intend to use the Squeaky Clean Clear Service for all my carpet cleaning needs.
