Description of Work: The technician was thorough in checking everything, however, his I pad was not working, so he took pictures of problems with the central air with his phone. He promised me that he would write everything up and send me an email the following Monday, which I did not receive. I phoned him a couple days later to resend the documents and pictures. He told me to wait 10 minutes and that I would receive the email and that he would call me to confirm that I had received them. As of this date,May 9, 2016, I have not received a phone call or email. He did provide 3 options that he wrote on paper the day of service, for a remedy in servicing the central air, none of which I was happy about. I have used companies from Angie's List in the past and had great success. This was not a success. I will not recommend this company to anyone, ever!

Description of Work: Purchased the special on Angie's List for an AC system cleaning and tune up. Electrician was a little late, but completed the work in a timely fashion. He let me know what needed cleaned etc. Received my invoice immediately via email. Will use their services again in the future.

Description of Work: They showed up but informed me they couldn't do the work and would have to come back. They said they would provide me with a quote for work needed to perform the service I had purchased. I never heard from them again. I've left more than one message for them without any reply from them.

Description of Work: Chris arrived in a timely manner--extremely polite and knowledgeable. He performed a tune-up to furnace, got it in running order and was a specialist in the old Williams 5 in 1 style equipment. Did thorough checking, recommended battery change in thermostat to accommodate faulty coordination between furnace and thermostat. ( I had the wrong quality of battery in thermostat which caused considerable inefficiency. As soon as a better quality of battery was implanted, all systems were go! Bravo. The water heater was checked and recommendations for future replacement were welcomed. The technician Chris is first-rate. Kudos to South Hills Electric LLC.

Description of Work: I purchased a back up generator for my home through an Angie's list special offer. Overall, it was a good experience. South Hills LLC agreed to extend the offer date since my house was still being built. Unfortunately, this meant the generator was no longer available when I was ready for it. I was disappointed to need to purchase an upgrade, but they did offer to refund my money instead. My only real complaint is that it took so long to get the generator installed. The South Hills LLC employees I worked with were polite and professional. They did good work and explained the process to me thoroughly.

Description of Work: This company installed a whole house humidifier which was fine. The technician came back with photos on his phone that showed s problem with the heat exchanger and said the furnace needed to be replaced. No idea why he needed to look at the heat exchanger. After receiving a quote from this company, had the furnace checked by the company used for yearly maintenance and they reported that the heat exchanger was working properly and no need to replace the furnance
