The service tech was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked out my entire system and made recommendations for keeping my system running in tip top condition. I can't say enough about how professional the tech was, and I'd certainly call him again.

Everything went well. Scheduling the service was easy. The technician was on time and when he was done he gave me suggestions but there was no pressure to purchase anything.

We didn’t end up having a tune up but rather had them install a new A/C unit and water heater. They were professional, clean and on time. They did a fine job. We have found that the new system is abit noisy.

It was wonderful and he made sure everything was in working order. The technician was very nice, friendly, but not overly friendly. He explained everything to us in a way that we could understand it. Everything was good.

Very nice young man came out and installed the new ceiling fan. After he left, I noticed that it wobbled a bit on high speed. I sent an email to their office and I was contacted at once by a supervisor who said that they would have someone else come out and check it out. The next day, the owner came out and verified that the fan was installed correctly but acknowledged that it did wobble on high speed. He was very knowledgeable about these fans and he did get it fixed perfectly by knowing how to properly balance the blades. The new fan works perfectly now.

Workers were A-1 except their quote was too high. I ended up using a different provider for a less money.

I purchased a deal coupon for a fan installation. I called first to make sure they covered our area (McCandless area), and the operator was very friendly and knowledgeable - she answered all my questions courteously. After I purchased the deal I had an email right away about setting up an appointment, then they called to schedule it within in a day. They fit us in within the week. Bryan installed our fan with an assistant. Both were professional and polite and had the work done in about 45 minutes. They installed an add on remote to our fan no charge. Once completed, they cleaned everything up afterwards and even moved our furniture back. From beginning to end, the company was very easy to work with and we really appreciate the quality work they did. Would call them directly again for additional work.

They installed a ceiling fan for me for far less than another store wanted to do this was a great deal and got him to help me with an outside wiring issue in less than two hours very professional and friendly stored their number in my phone for future issues if ever needed

The technician was a true professional. He was punctual, had good communication skills, and was able to diagnose the problem. His recommendation to replace the existing furnace and air conditioner was on target. He provided both estimated repair and replacement costs. He inspected the air conditioner and added coolant as was the agreement with the special offer. After he left, I contacted other companies to get bids on getting a new furnace and air conditioner. One of the quotes was $2000 less for a similar system. The third bid was almost half the price of the quote from South Hills Electric. I would never purchase a deal like this again because if someone needs coolant in their air conditioner, it means that they have a leak somewhere in the system. Finding the leak is time consuming and costly. If the furnace and air conditioner is old (22 years old in my case), then it is just not worth fixing. I am not sure of the exact price I was quoted for an average leak inspection and repair, but I believe it was over $1,500. Even with the addition of coolant, my air conditioner was not working effectively. Technicians from the installation company found about 6 inches of ice in the air conditioner but up house was still very warm. I would only add coolant unless I needed to keep the house from getting unbearably hot as in the case of someone having severe medical needs. Adding coolant is a quick fix at best. The other companies provided a free analysis, bid, and quote. I don't feel that this is a deal that will be useful to most people and should not even be offered by Angie's list because it is misleading because it is not a true lasting repair only a very temporary fix. I do think that the company is reputable. Others that I know have recommended them to me because they were pleased with their work. I was just not completely satisfied with the special deal that they offered.

The workers showed up on time, introduced themselves and explained how they go about doing the whole house inspection. They were courteous the entire time, explained abnormal findings with a lot of attention and answered all my questions. Great service and would recommend them!
