Excellent service and response time, very professional. They went above and beyond, did a great job and even cleaned the work area when the jobs were done. The a/c was done in less time than estimated. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT! After purchasing the certificate we were contacted and asked to schedule the installation. Upon scheduling, we were sent an email with a confirmation of the details, including the name and photograph of the installer, and the expected arrival time. The installer arrived on time, had his tools and ladder with him, put on shoe covers and completed the removal and installation in a clean and professional matter. We couldn't have asked for the entire process to have been any better.

Terrible !!! I had 3 fixtures needing to be installed and the electrician only ended up installing 1. I had one fixture outside needing to be installed but there was no box. The electrician then quoted me $166 EXTRA for an outside box.. A well trained monkey could attach a $5 box to a wall. so I wasn't parting with my hard earned money. As for the 3rd fixture, it was a chandelier for my third floor Again there was no box, but I did not bother getting a quote because I was pretty dam*ed mad at that point While the electrician was working, i attempted to call both numbers, but nobody answered the phone. The electrician was punctual and courteous. Good Riddance South Hills Electric,,,,,,NEVER AGAIN.

Not a good experience at all. Technician opened up one ceiling and said the wrong junction box was there, and he could not provide one. I went to Lowes to buy one while he worked on the 2nd fan. He installed it, but put half the fan blades upside down, which I subsequently fixed myself. When he then went to do the 1st fan, he said that he was "out of time." SO-- I got one fan installed, poorly, for $99. I won't call them again, even though I have several other electrical projects.

Arrived on time, completed the work taking photos and explained all findings at the end of the visit.

I am giving the "Quality: a grade "B" just because the control panel was installed away and too high to reach.

The technician got it working, and spent some time figuring out why our cooling was uneven throughout the house. He set up a test, with various doors open, etc. to see if he was correct. He was, so we are going to have them come back to do a simple fix to even out the heating and cooling throughout our home. We were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, we called him to fix our A/C at our place of business. He fixed that, too!

It went very well. Scheduling it was very easy. I liked the competence of the guy that did it. It only took a couple of hours.

They did a great job. They did it real nice, got it correct and did a great job. You have a discount if you have two boxes. They were polite. They went right to work. They were done in short period of time. They were very efficient. They were on time. I absolutely would use them again.

Everything went well and looks great.

Anthony came and did all the work and in the time expected and tested the lights. He put the lights together and then cleaned up the old lights an put them in a box for me.

Technician evaluated AC unit and recommended several upgrades

Went pretty well. Only issue I had was lack of the tech to familiarize me with the unit. It was pretty much here are the controls and here is the paperwork. Other than that tech was good. He did have to call the shop once because of the difficulty of the spot that unit was installed but it was understandable.

Labelling Is messy & unreadable, I know at least 1 non-gfc outlet in bathroom (not code) was not brought to my attention. Although situation is probably better than before, I am not a happy camper

Wonderfully, very informative, I was able to ask some questions and get helpful answers. Confirmed some issues we suspected and gave me guidance on what to look out for in the future. Separately and without any pressure, sent an estimate for work we might need to be done.

There were pros and cons to this deal. I chose the deal because it was listed as installation of one high power bathroom fan. If I had to to again, I would have bought the deal for the installation but then purchased my own fan. I wish there had been at least a choice given to me about what fan I wanted. On the morning of the install, the tech called and asked if I wanted a fan with or without a light. That was the only choice. The fan he brought was a cheap model that is too weak for our large bathroom and is a bit loud. I am kicking myself because I didn't think to ask more about the fan until it was too late. I was sold on the "high power" wording which I think is misleading since this is on the weak end of the rating for how much air a fan draws. With our large bathroom, high ceiling and long ductwork, we needed a better quality fan. I wish the tech had noted this as I would have gladly paid more for the fan itself. I think that choosing a fan appropriate to the needs of the bathroom should have been part of what I was paying for, but it wasn't. But, despite the choice of fans, the service itself was very good. The tech was on time, was polite and answered my questions. He made a point of cleaning up after himself. There was no damage to the bathroom ceiling or walls. I rate the installation and the technician highly, I just wish I had a better quality fan installed at the end of it. This fan gets rid of the rattle of our old one (so far), but doesn't move much more air which is very disappointing.

On time and punctual as always, Anthony from SH Electronic listened to my needs. He explained how he would proceed and the time needed. The replacement switch I had purchased was not an outdoor switch and I had to defer on this item until the following day. The luminaires look great and I can sleep at night knowing the installation was too code and no surprises will occur in the future. I'm more than satisfied. SH Electric is a trusted local provider and goes the extra mile to maintain their reputation.

Forthe major high priced work-over 2200.00 dollars, quitewell however small itemswere not attended to an have still not been completed. I will request upfront money I paid for the second time be returned and do not want the work done by this firm.
