They were both very professional and completed the work appropriately.

Everything went well. The company was very responsive and set up a date immediately. The day of the service, our panel was labeled and all our outlets were checked to make sure they were within code and safe. The gentlemen who performed the service were very professional and polite.

The service wasn't performed as the advertisement. It was supposed to clean and then check according to the description of service but they just checked.

We had work done by a few different people, and they were all highly skilled, professional, and personable. We have a cat and they were very careful to make sure that our cat did not get hurt and kept us informed of everything they were doing. They also showed us pictures of everything before and after. We have recommended them to multiple people since our work was completed!

The technician said that in order to trouble shoot the problem, there would be an additional fee of almost $300. He said I could just try to fix it using trial and error which is basically what he did.

It went very well! They showed up on time and were very professional. After the appointment, they provide a link with the summary of work performed and picture images of all of the items that were analyzed or checked out. Overall process was painless and price seemed reasonable for a tune-up and replacement capacitor.

I am extremely satisfied with the services performed today and with my experience with South Hills overall. I purchased an Angie's List deal to install two ceiling fans for $75 each. It was very easy to schedule for the next week. Matt called me 45 minutes before his arrival and arrived right on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and he did an excellent job. The only additional cost for the fans was a reasonable $20/each to remove two dimmer switches. The fans look perfect and the service was outstanding as well.

The initial testing performed by the technicians revealed some deficiencies and incorrect wiring with a number of GFI outlets in the house. The panel labeling was not completed because they were attempting to upsell a full panel replacement. They also incorrectly identified the actual service coming into my house, as additional contractors that have been out here confirmed that I do indeed have a 150A service whereas South Hills Electric LLC claimed it was 100A. The quote provided was 250% more than competing bids. Some of the additional work I wanted to have quoted was ignored. I've found another reputable contractor for the electrical work, and used yet another company for HVAC upgrades. Based on the astronomical prices that were quoted in comparison to smaller and larger competitors, I would not recommend.

3 workers came out. I wasn't happy at the beginning, because they decided to put this unit on my porch roof and that was right in front of my dining room window, and I didn't want to look at this so they moved it. Then they had all this wiring over the back of the house that looked like spaghetti and I didn't like that, so then they put them in these tubes so it could go where its supposed to go. It's a little better but I have a dark brick house and its all white but its in the back and its the only kind of tubing they have, cylinders that encase all the wires. They were responsible, and they didn't give me a hard time. I just wish they found something that was brown or something in the tubes instead of white. I didn't do a lot of research for price. I just found them on Angie's List. I would probably use them again.

They did a good job of checking and cleaning condensing unit. Offered additional cleaning but I declined since I could do that myself.

There was initially some confusion; but, ultimately it was resolved. Confirmed that system was functioning fine.
