Description of Work: The Service Tech checked my panel box and said it had enough amps or whatever I thought was needed and explained to me that what I thought was wrong was not wrong. He was very nice and did not try to talk me into something I did not need. Very nice man.

I described this above.
Description of Work: I bought the $59 deal for an inspection/cleaning. I also asked that that install a digital thermostat. The man was very nice and inspected the furnace- cleaned up the dirty thermocuppler.... However, he charged me $280 to install the thermostat- this took about 3 minutes tops- and the same thermostat costs $59 anywhere you buy it. I did not realize this. I asked him when he told me what it would cost, how much the thermostat is......and he said he didn't know. I am on a tight budget and would not use them again because of the overcharging for a simple item. They could have walked out the door with the $59 I paid for the special plus another $100 or $150 and it would have been fair to them and fair to me. They probably pay $30 for the item.

Description of Work: They performed a tune up for my furnace and the tech was very helpful / gave me a run down of what he did and noted one of the problems that I had, which we subsequently fixed (just had to move the return air pipe down 6 inches).

Description of Work: I took advantage of one of the Big Deals from Angie's List for a furnace checkup. It had originally been scheduled for 12/23/13 but we had a power outage on our road and I had to reschedule the appointment for today. They were so accommodating about this. The technician was friendly and professional and I will definitely use them in the future.
