Description of Work: I ordered the pre-season furnace tune-up and inspection through Angie's List and was completely pleasantly surprised at the outcome. The technician was completely professional, prompt, efficient and got the work done quickly. He explained everything he did and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Upon completing the tune-up, he took the time to explain what he found and assured us that the furnace was working properly and was safe to operate. He told us that, as a 20+ year old furnace, we will want to have annual inspections to insure continued safety and that it will probably need to be replaced in the next few years. The tech only asked that we keep his company in mind when the need arises. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC work or replacement done.

Description of Work: South Hills Electric, Heating & Cooling gave my furnace a tune up. They checked it out and pointed out a suggestion on some work but did not push to have it done AND it wasn't a lot of money. I LOVED that about them! I felt they were very honest. I had another company that I used last year that wrote up $1,500 of work that South Hills Electric said I didn't need. I am planning to use them again for electrical work when I redo my kitchen. Definitely recommend them!
