Description of Work: Everything was excellent except for the price of the part. I had checked the error code on the main board and it was an air pressure sensor error. Air Pressure sensor was 330.00. I purchased this part for 32.00 on the internet. Very simple to install. I can understand making a few bucks on parts, but price is a bit ridicules. $49.00 for the service call was good.

Description of Work: Installed a whole home humidifier. They were probably 10 minutes late, which was a little annoying but not a huge deal. They installed the humidifier in about 1.5 hours which would've taken probably 4+ hours for me to do myself. They used the saddle valve that came with the install kit on my hot water line, instead of putting in permanent fittings, which I would've preferred. But really that's my only complaint. Equipment has worked fine since the install.

Description of Work: The furnace tuneup was presumably performed as contracted at the special price. He did well in identifying a problem with the thermostat. However, his price to replace the thermostat with a non-programmable unit was over $200. The amount of additional work would probably have been less than 1/2 hour so I would anticipate his routine pricing would be high.

Description of Work: It was said in ADS that it included cleaning. However, I was told it did not include the cleaning on the service day. I don't know why Angies List is not in the same page with the Provider.

Description of Work: They arrived on time, did thermal imaging on the electrical outlets, installed a new outdoor light, replaced outlets and faceplates on most outlets. Also replaced bulbs in some outdoor lights. When I called with a question, they gave satisfactory answers, also worked with me when I requested outlets which were easier for me to push plugs into. They could have swept debris left when when replacing outlets. |

Description of Work: I made an appt over the phone for a furnace check advertised on Angies list. The appt was for 2:00. I came home from work early to be at home for the service man. When 2:30 rolled around and no one had showed for the appointment, I called S Hills Electric. They did not have any record of an appt for me. I expected either an argument or would have to make another appt, but I was told "someone will be right over." Within 20 minutes a service tech was at my door, checked my furnace, and found it to be ok. Both the person I spoke to on the phone and the service man were very professional. I am happy with the experience and their commitment to customer service. I will use them again if I need their services.
