Description of Work: They installed a whole-house surge protector. The guy was clean, neat, and polite. At first, I had some concern that he was "looking" for something else to tack onto the bill, but we resolved that issue, and there was no additional charge or service required.

Description of Work: They replaced 2 air conditioning units. We paid a little more because of the guarantee from Amana.

Description of Work: Checked out a Robles ceiling fan. Rather than charge us for work we didn't need they gave us advice on how to fix the issue ourselves. Trustworthy.

Description of Work: They gave us an estimate for a new AC unit. We did not schedule the work but they were very helpful and informative.

Description of Work: They told me I needed a new air conditioner and furnace. They shut down my existing furnace (air conditioner already not working) Greatly over charged me for the new AC & Furnace. Gave me the lowest efficiency AC unit Amana makes, a non programmable thermistat control, didn't come back to install the new equipment for two weeks, then came back 4 days later to finish the installation and the furnace still does not start. Not happy with them at all. The people were congenial but they took advantage of me, an elderly woman on a fixed income who can't afford this. They can not be considered nice people.

My 1st experience with Angie's list was a bad one. Worker said company was quitting Angie's List anyhow. Original deal $895.--- I paid $3246.00

Description of Work: They sent out a person not qualified to handle the problem. The next day they sent out an experienced man who said he was going to charge me 300.00 that day no matter what. I paid the first unexperienced guy 150.00. The problem was a faulty outlet. I was floored when I had to pay that much for an outlet that the experienced man knew exactly what was wrong. I even provided the outlet. When I complained to Angie's list they didn't help me. They told me to work it out myself. South Hills Electric's rep blew me off. By the way they screwed up a ceiling fan the first guy messed up.

Description of Work: Called company friday, as per request by angies.Spoke with man who said it was friday and he couldn't do anything.Would leave a message to call me Monday.No call Monday but got an e-mail to call another provider to schedule an appointment.Forget it.please cancel.
