They're responsive. They are honest. They evaluate and they don't try to sell me something I do not need.

I would recommend them highly. They frequently run specials on Angie's List. They come twice a year to check out my HVAC system, and what I appreciate the most about them is they don't try to sell me something I don't need. They're very professional, and they don't try to manufacture a need that I don't have. In other locations, I have relied upon similar services and they completely sold me, unfortunately I did not know, sold me things that I did not need. They come twice a year, every year. They check out the entire system. They tell me whether everything is functioning or non-functioning, and only once in the almost five years that I've lived here, have they told me that I needed to replace a part and that was only like $300.

They've done the same thing every year, two times a year. They do a health checkup on my HVAC system twice a year. My feedback remains consistent - professional, honest and knowledgeable. I have continued to use them since 2013, twice a year.

They come twice a year, every year, usually in the fall and beginning of summer. They don't try to sell me something I don't need. If a part needs replaced, they will suggest replacing it. They don't say your whole HVAC system stinks and you need to replace it. They're all about making sure what I have continues to function well.

Very well, they arrived when they said worked steadily and wrapped up an hour earlier than projected.

The service went very well it was installed as promised. The servicemen arrived on time and did a very good job.

This company is a joke. They rip you off with this offer. Please never let them do this. They don't do anything that wasn't done already.

Not well. They didn't do the thermal imaging, didn't label the breakers correctly (for example, there were two marked "laundry"), and the markings they added weren't legible. And they put South Hills Electric stickers on everything in the basement. Don't waste your money.

Bought the 75 dollar ceiling fan replacement special, unfortunately there were issues with the way the original ceiling fan was installed. It ended up costing me an extra 170 bucks to have the new one installed properly. The installation was successful and the tech was nice and did the work quickly.

At end.. 1. Told me a list of things that needed done. Quote for work was a not itemized, only a 'grand total.' No itemized copy of bid was given to me or sent via e-mail. 2. I saw that box was labeled before they left but I did not inspect each label carefully. And by 'labels' I mean they wrote with pencil beside each switch. However when I tried to do some electrical work on replacing outlets in my house a month later there were NO LABELS for dining room, den or living room. The 1 label for bedroom was for a plug in the dining room. No indication as to outlets and lights in the 4 bedrooms. As I look back, I guess that I paid them for a quote to do some electrical work!

Tim was FANTASTIC! His work ethic and the care he took to ensure the least amount of dust and disruption was great! The job was more like a job and a half and he didn't get fazed or lose patience through the entire day. For the guy to have a smile on his face as he struggled with a filter not sliding in right after almost 12 hours on the job, taught me a little something about how to face life's challenges with a positive attitude.

It went really well. They checked over everything and it all seemed to be ok. It's been a while and I don't recall what they charged, but I do believe it was a fair price. They were very helpful.

The guys who did the work were great. Friendly, punctual, willing to explain what they were doing, not much more that I could ask.

He came out to look at the project. He said it would involve drilling through a new wall that was installed for our sump pump, which could cause damage. Due to the extra work and possible damage to the wall, I was not comfortable proceeding. I have attempted to contact them to cancel the service, but they have not returned my phone call or my email. Angie's List has refunded the deal.

He did not do what he was supposed to do. One person came and did not have any equipment, he looked at the electrical box and then informed me that even if there was something wrong he could not fix it because my box is obsolete and needed to be replaced. It seemed as if he was wanting to sell me something. The purpose of me having the service was to make sure that everything was safe. He would not tell me anything and only wanted to sell me a service. He did not check anything, did not bring in any tools/equipment, and I am unsatisfied with the services.

This was my first experience with Angie's List coupons. They showed up (late) and did, what I assume is, the regular show that they put on for every unsuspecting coupon user. They say that it is about to stop working completely and that they can clean it for a small un-itemized fee of $1,328.47 but that they don't guarantee that will help at all and that it will likely quit working completely anyway. They suggest that I purchase from them a brand new unit (Comfortmaker) for $4,285.20. According to the coupon cleaning and lubricating was supposed to have been completed, but rather than cleaning the air filter, they took it out and kept it and we had to put in a new one that we had already purchased elsewhere. They used A LOT of scare tactics - saying things like the air conditioner "might stop working completely next week". Keep in mind, we hadn't even had any problems with the AC, I just saw a coupon on Angie's List and decided to try it out.

Purchased deal and contacted company to schedule. Scheduler was very nice and helpful, no problem scheduling. Technician called to keep me updated on arrival. He explained everything that was done and results of testing. Recommended a couple of optional services and provided written estimates if I wanted them performed in future.

It was great. They were here on time and they were great. They were here not long after I purchased the deal on Angie's List. They replaced a part, we paid an additional $100, but the part was $200 and we got the $100 credit. Yes, I would use them again. They came on time, they fixed the problem really fast and everything has been working great since then. I chose them because of the Angie's List ratings. My first impression of the company and workers were that they were very professional, they knew what they were doing.

It all went well. It went well. The guy was efficient and very professional. He sent me a report of different things that I can do to updates on. On the price, I didn't really compare, I just saw it and decided a spur of the moment. I wanted to make sure our home was safe. It was just one guy. Actually, he was out of here in about 40 minutes. It usually takes a couple of hours, but he said it wasn't anything complicated, it wasn't a very old home.

I had to put installation of the humidifier on hold due to health problems. The day before I had the humidifier installed my air conditioner bit the dust. The job was so well done on the humidifier that I had the installer look at my air conditioner & price me a new one. We had the new one installed 2 days later, and the experience was just as pleasant. I would recommend this company to everyone!

It went good. They did an inspection, and an estimation on what I needed done to bring my house up to code. There were no extra charges. It took a long time for them to get back to me. I saw the number on my credit card bill. It took over a month to get any response from them. They were on time.
