Description of Work: Installed 2 ceiling fan. On the 2nd electrician could not figure out how to hook up remote.

Description of Work: I had my furnace cleaned and checked with Groupon certificate. I felt Justin did a very good job and he wasn't in and out in 1/2 hour but spent at least an hour doing the check. He showed me problem with my pipe connections that were loose and not allowing the air to be vented properly to the outside. He reconnected them and sealed them properly. Justin was very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: Service was for furnace check before the heating season. Technician arrived on time, performed the check and fully explained to me what he had done. New filter was also installed. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: called back to make appt speedily. did furnace inspection and found problem in blower, with a part needing to be replaced. Unfortunately the home warranty program required another service provider to come out and re-do the inspection and order the part. I would have preferred South Hills to do the work, but the warranty program will pay for the part and labor with a different provider.

Description of Work: These guys are great! I purchased one of their $99 teaser packages for 2 hrs of electrical service because I had purchased a used DR chandelier that needed installing. The electrician not only installed [and rebuilt] my bargain-basement chandelier, but installed the old fixture in my master bedroom, installed new doorbell chimes, and did some troubleshooting on my fire alarm system. The electrician was friendly, professional and extremely helpful - he actually asked me if I needed any other repairs. Excellent company - these are now my "go-to" guys.

Description of Work: Purchased deal as it was advertised the placement of an outside outlet would be possible. Scheduled appointment and technician told me that service would take over 4 hours and he did not have time that morning to complete the job. Asked for a price to install and was told it would be an additional $400.

Description of Work: The reason why the installation could not occur is documented in refund request justification. I did not appreciate the alternative unrealistic, high cost estimate.

Description of Work: I called and talked to the service man. I explained I was having issues with my A/C unit outside and I was trying to get a feel for what the cost might be for repair.He seemed very nice at first but when I asked " If I need any freon, what is the cost" He told me the technician on the truck would have to tell me that. He told me no one could give me that price over the phone. I asked why. Other companies were very straight forward and open. He just got real quiet. Then he asked what price did the other places give me? I told him what did that have to do with it. I then said well I guess the bottom line is you will not give me the price you charge for freon. He said no. I hung up.
