 + -1 moreEverything went very well. I called the main Sears number. Sears told me the name of the rep who would call. He set up a time for a specialist to come to the house. The problem was diagnosed and all the work was done very, very quickly. I am completely satisfied.
Description of Work: My garage door would not open. The motor would start and immediately "freeze up". Nick Urbano, the service rep who came to my home, said that the motor needed to be replaced. He did that very quickly and all was working again, much quieter than with my old motor, in just a short period of time.. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Everyone involved was very personable, efficient, and qualified. I am sure that I will use them again.

 + -1 moreWhen I have a problem I can call them and they come out with no charges, take a look, and fix whatever is gone. They are probably a little bit more expensive, but again all I have to do is call them and they come out. It's on warranty. I would use them again in the future, but hopefully I won't have to.
