As far as I can remember, it went well. It was several years ago.

The provider wasn't willing to install the opener that late on the afternoon. They quoted me a price at a rate that was way outside what the deal was promoted to be. He suggested that I return my system and get something else so that it was more expensive and that he would be able to work on that one. They service would have been an extra $120.00 outside the promotion. I have found someone else to do the work

Their employee showed up right on time and had the job taken care of in just over an hour for about $130. He looked over the door and tracks to make sure everything was in good shape. There's nothing I can think of that they could have done better, and their charges were substantially less than anyone else in the area. While I'm hoping to not need any garage door services for a long time, Sears will be my first call if I do..

We purchase a big deal of $99 labor only for installing a new garage door opener. It went very well. Jason was very courteous and nice. We are very happy about our new garage door opener.

It didn't alleviate the problem I thought it would alleviate. I thought it would quiet my garage door but it didn't. For what I paid, they were here for about 15 minutes. I don't even know what they did and they were gone. I was having this problem with it being loud and it was the same. We bought two because we have a double car garage. There was absolutely zero change. It was supposed to be a tune-up with Teflon wheels to make it quiet.

Was not enthusiastic about any additional work.

Great work, with 5 year warranty. Thorough, by checking work to my satisfaction & explained maintenance that keeps garage door in good working order. Had all materials and finished in timely manner.

The appointment went well, I found the service to be excellent. It was a little problem with the way the door operated, and when I called back, Bob came out within a few hours of the call. And everything was fixed satisfactorily.

He came and I needed my keypad replaced and he did a great job!

There was a tangled wire. He came and fixed the wire, and told me nothing was wrong with the door.

Three week after the safety inspection the left roller came completely off the track. The motion caused the metal weather strip to tear off. To Sears credit they did send a tech out within 2 hours. On inspection the tech noticed that a roller was not placed correctly. As Sears was the only one to service the door the recent issues had to be related to the initial inspection. I will not use this provider again.

Everything was okay. Subsequently when they came to install, the experience was not all that great. They needed follow up work done. After they installed the door, the scaling was not correct entirely so they had to come back and check it. I was not entirely satisfied with how they installed. It is working fine but it was not smooth scaling.
