Sears Garage Doors

Works fine. Came on time. Cleaned up after he was finished.

Went well. Suggested a repair on one of the doors, it clearly needed it.

Two guys were very courteous, on time. They said the rollers should be replaced every several years, although I don't really notice a difference after the service was done. One of my garage doors was not closing properly. They said it was a simple adjustment and they would take care of it. It still doesn't close properly. Not sure if this deal was worth the money spent.

The initial installation was not satisfactory. It took a second call with a more experienced person to complete the job to my satisfaction. Some of my ratings are an average of the two visits.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He determined the problem and offered solutions. Work was completed professionally.

All went well and door is much quieter.

Went well - we moved in last year and could not get in with the remote garage and there were no directions. He helped us reset it and gave us a set of directions for future use. Also checked the garage door and changed the rollers.

Sears representatives were polite and very easy to communicate with. They advised me that i needed some parts replaced for the additional price of $80 (I believe my Angie's Deal was $99). Wasn't expecting to have an additional cost but all is well and obviously better for having the inspection.

They arrived on time and assessed the situation. One of my garage doors is completely broken. The motor is burned out. They offered to replace it for us but I declined due to cost. They did tune up the other garage door for us and replaced the rollers. They do good work.

Seemed a bit much and I am probably going to replace springs myself but the information provided was useful and the keypad was quickly installed. Did not take much time at all so that's why the price I have as a B.

They came out right away and took care of it with no charge. They were educational and informative on how to fix it in the future. They also encouraged me to call back with any questions or concerns. When they say that they will come out, they mean it. They also give you great coupons.

They were supposed to supply a garage door opener for my garage door.

The company called me promptly after purchasing an Angie's List Deal to schedule an appointment. The representatives came at the agreed upon time, however, they did not have the correct equipment for the garage door opener that was currently on the garage door, so they had to reschedule and come back. Upon their second time, everything went smoothly and they were finished in a short amount of time. We were very pleased with them.

I called on Monday before Christmas and we scheduled for Friday. They arrived promptly but since I opted to get a new opener, they needed to wait until the next day to receive the new openers One person arrived the next day (Saturday) very promptly and installed the new opener and keypad in less than an hour. I am very pleased with the professionalism and outstanding work that was done.

The service man said that he would not be able to do the job I requested because my garage door was too old and that the parts that are still available would not work on my door. The garage door opener was also too old and that the key pad installation would not work. I am unhappy that the job did not get done but am happy that the service man gave me a truthful answer and didn't try to BS me.

They arrived on time and were very nice to deal with. However, I was a little disappointed in the result. I thought the garage door would be more quiet and that was my desire. They changed the rollers which really didn't make much difference in the noise. It is still noisy.
