Description of Work: Called for dryer repair. Was able to get an appt. within 2 days. Once he looked at it he found it needed a part. He called in and they put him in touch with another repairman in the area who had it available. He was back in 10 minutes with the part and fixed the dryer within 20 minutes.

air duct cleaning

Description of Work: After cleaning the ducts they told me that there was black mold in the furnace and that I would have to pay $100 to have it removed. There was mold in the furnace however they can't determine if it is "BLACK MOLD" without testing. I also don't know if they are licensed to remove black mold. After they left I complained to Sears and received no responce from management, only from the foreman who did the job. He gave me no satisfaction, just excuses. I wanted a guarantee that the mold would not return.
