Karen responded quickly to my request for service. The plumber Tim was punctual and friendly. Would definitely hire them again.

He called to say he was running about 10 to 15 minutes behind; which I appreciated. He was able to fix the issues in about an hour and cleaned up. My shower works better than it ever has.

It is a very pleasant experience working with this company. After I called this company and left a message, a call back from this company on the same day has arranged a mutual suitable time. The plumber called me when he was on the way driving to my place. He arrived soon after on time. He is very polite and thoughtful considered to take off shoes once inside the house. After inspecting the water leak, he explained the situation and then quickly fixed the leak. He even showed me how to deal with the similar situation in the future. After all that, I asked related questions and he patiently answered them directly and in detail. He is very knowledgeable and his manner is very professional. At the end, it is a surprise that he did NOT charge me anything. It is all free. This is very SPECIAL ! It is the first time that we are dealing with this company. We would hire them for other project when we are ready.

I contacted Schubert's when I noticed dampness on my kitchen floor which seemed to be coming from pipes in a wall. The plumber carefully examined the pipes to locate the source of the water leak, which included crawling under our house's crawl space. He determined that it was most likely due to a leaky seal in a toilet, and efficiently fixed that. He was very concerned with saving us the time and expense of opening up a wall, which I greatly appreciated. He then fixed a slow-running showerhead and addressed an issue with a hot water valve in the basement which had not functioned for several years. I had obtained an estimate for work on the hot-water valve a few years ago from a different plumbing company, which cited work which was expensive and totally unnecessary. I know this now, due to the honesty of the Schubert's plumber. The Schubert's plumber was pleasant, honest, and efficient. I recommend them highly and will definitely make them my first call for any plumbing issues.

The email on their website did not seem to work so I called to set up a time for an estimate. The gas leak was fixed on the same day the estimate was provided.

Tim arrived in the time slot that Karen gave me between 7:30 & 8:00,. Fixed all three issues . The tub problem I had another company look at and they could not find the problem. So I am very happy and grateful that Tim found it and corrected it. I am extremely happy with the services and prompt arrival. I will use Schubert plumbing again. I thought the service charges were extremely reasonable!

Called on a Sunday, part was installed on Wednesday, what more can you ask for!?! Professional, prompt and very affordable. Highly recommended and I would use again in a heart beat! Thanks Schubert Plumbing And Heating!!

Great experience! Schubert is honest!

They were out to our house an hour after I spoke with the receptionist. They worked quickly and were informative as to what the problem was. The price seemed a bit steep for the time spent on the repair, but the work was done well.

Called the night before after hours in hopes of catching someone to come this morning.Have used them before & they are always busy but will fit you in if its an emergency.I left a message & they called back a few hours later & told me they would come the next morning between 9-11am.I do not live there so they would call me when they were on their way to meet them there.They got caught up at a job & instead of ignoring their promise to me they called to tell me they were running late & would keep in touch.Not long late they called to tell me they were on their way.Andy was very professional ( as always) as was his wife who I spoke to on the phone.They also have other nice people they have sent in the past who work for them & actually love their boss & their job!Imagine that...All in all,its a great company to do business with & we will use them as long as they are around.

They showed up exactly when they said they would. They finished in a little over an hour. Cleaned up and took away old sink. Will always use Schubert.

The young man who arrived was pleasant, respectful and very eager to get to work. He was on time and professionally dressed. He completed the work in a timely manner and explained the job to me after he finished, in great detail, so that I would be sure to understand every thing he did and replaced. He asked if I had any questions or any other problems I wanted him to look at. I actually had a handle that fell off of the powder room faucet and he took a look at it, and repaired this within a couple minutes, at no charge. I have numerous other jobs that we will be hiring Shubert Plumbing & Heating Co. to take care of in the fall. Professional and respectful.

Andy showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly found the area where the water pipes were hooked up incorrectly. He worked with my schedule and came early in the morning when I requested. He charged me the price he quoted and even cemented up an extra hole in my outdoor wall next to the faucet he installed at no extra charge. He was very friendly and answered some additional questions I asked and gave me some advice on an upcoming bathroom renovation I am doing. I would use him for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Schubert Plumbing and Heating for any plumbing job. They were very professional, punctual and explained what they were doing and what they were looking for, They also called my husband to explain to him what was going on at my request since he could not be here for the appointment. I fully appreciated their honesty that nothing further needed to be done AND the 10% discount for using Angie's list! It was so refreshing dealing with such honesty. We will be calling them again in the future for other plumbing projects.

I placed a call to Schubert regarding a gas leak in my second floor fireplace around 11:15 am. Karen returned my call a half an hour later and asked if I could be available that afternoon, then stated she would call around an hour before they arrived. At 12:30 she called and said they would be there in 30-45 minutes. By 1:15 they were on my porch. Forty five minutes later, the leak was fixed. He wanted to pull the riser out and cap the gas line in the basement, but unfortunately didn't have the supplies he needed to do that. When I'm ready for that repair, I'll call them again. I really appreciated the punctuality and the fact that they squeezed me in. I also thought the price was more than reasonable, both of the gentlemen were very polite and not bothered by my two insane, barking pit bulls. I highly recommend Schubert Plumbing and Heating!

It went well, they knew what they were doing and have had no problems with the drain, since they cleaned it.

I initially left a message when I first contacted Schubert Plumbing. My call was promptly returned by the secretary, Karen, who immediately began the scheduling process. I was very impressed with Karen because she presented herself on the telephone in an upbeat demeanor that was refined, polished,courteous, warm, helpful, and refreshing. Additionally, she empathized with the plumbing issues I identified and expressed an earnest desire to help me solve them. Tim T., the plumber who actually serviced my call, was prompt, responsive, and professional. After I accepted the estimate he proposed, he completed the job at my house. He then inspected the bathroom at my mother?s house and provided an estimate for the work that needed to be done. Because I felt his second estimate was also reasonable, he returned the next day and completed the repairs. Moreover, he thoroughly cleaned up the work area after each job was completed. I was very pleased with the overall service provided by this company from START (the great interpersonal skills exhibited by Karen) to FINISH (the quality of the work completed by Tim). I highly recommend Schubert Plumbing and Heating and will definitely use them in the future.

They came fast, did the work, the tenant was very pleased. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.

I've used Schubert Plumbing numerous times. The owner, Andy Schubert, was my landlord around 10 years ago. He was a great landlord and he runs a great plumbing and heating business. In this case, I called because there was a gas valve in my on of our bedrooms that we needed to have cut and capped. The service tech looked with me in the basement to see if there was an option to cut and cap the pipe in the basement and remove the pipe in the bedroom, but , but there wasn't, so he removed the elbow and the valve and capped the pipe. I rarely call plumbers, as I try to fix most things myself, but while he was here I wanted him to take a look at a long standing slow leak in the bathtub faucet and another in the basement stationery tub that I had eliminated by killing it at the shut off (years ago). I'm sure he had other calls to get to that day, but he took a look at the other things I wanted him to look at, went to a specialty plumbing supply store to get the parts for my specific bathtub faucets and fix the problem. He even showed me how to do it in the future if I wanted to tackle it or a similar problem myself. He also gave me some tips on how to defeat some of the corrosion that prevents us from using the drain plug mechanism in the tub and taking baths. They spent 1/2 a day on the job(s), and the price was very reasonable. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Great. We had a clogged drain in bathroom sink. Prior plumber came out and attempted to fix it. That plumber could not fix it and said that we had to make a whole in the dining room ceiling in order to fix this problem. So we went to Schubert and got a second opinion. They said they would call me back to schedule an appointment. I got a call within a few hours. They were on-time the very next day. They worked for less than one hour, were very professional and polite. They were able to fix the problem simply by cleaning out the drain, there was no need to go through any walls. I would recommend these guys for sure. Very pleased with all aspects of job.

Our tub faucet was dripping and had gotten progressively worse. I called Schubert Plumbing on Saturday morning and received a call back that afternoon - when I said Monday would be best for my schedule, he said he would have someone out and they would call in advance. It was so nice to hear back so promptly! On Monday afternoon I received a call that the technicians would be out in 30 minutes. Two gentlemen came and were polite, friendly and informative. They let me know my options for replacing the stem (call the manufacturer, who has a lifetime warranty, to have a new stem mailed or pay to have them go buy one). Because I wanted this taken care of today, I elected to have them go buy one as opposed to calling the manufacturer. The entire job from start to finish took less than 1.5 hours and that included time for them to run and get the part. Overall I was very pleased with the prompt return call (on a Saturday!) and the quick visit.

I would call them again. He did not try to give me a big bid; I actually showed him a couple of different things; one of them he said did not need fixed. I had other people bid on this project who bid exorbitant amounts of money several years ago. The price was very good. He was very workman-like, polite and easy to work with.
