Schubert Plumbing & Heating

Worker came to the house and installed two shut off valves and the water to the outside of the house was still on. One of the valves shut off the water to the kitchen sink and created a problem we didn't have before. The worker and owner came back the next day, and the owner located shut off to outside of the house and turned water off to the outside by just turning the valves that were there and in operating order. I feel this was a learning experience for the worker and he did not know what he was doing and it was paid for at my expense.

As stressful as plumbing issues can be I always feel better knowing I can rely on prompt, professional and quality service from Schubert at extremely fair prices. Their phone usually rings to voice mail but a call back is always swift and they are extremely considerate and accommodating. Their employees are professional and considerate and always leave my home cleaner then when they arrived.

Don't remember what they did that time, but need to call them for something else.

They were quick, thorough & correct. I hired a roofer with (through Annie's list, of course), and he fixed the problem. But that's another "A" rating to come.

classic close and bump. came in to do water heater and frighten tenant into adding a six foot vent for $750. Even though I had my sub there who was at the sight and willing to do the work for $150.

I called Schubert Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon to try to get them to replace a leaking hot water heater, and they were there first thing Monday morning. They ended up having to replace the expansion tank as well, which increased their quoted price a little, but that seemed reasonable to me and they were transparent about it. The job happened quickly, and the price was fair. I did have one small issue, a pipe they installed looked fine when they left but sometime during the workday sprung a pinhole leak. I had no trouble getting them on the phone, though, and they responded promptly so there was no damage done. The work has held up well since.

They were very good. Their price was very competitive. They were very good with punctuality and professionalism. I am very happy.

Called Schubert plumbing left a message and received a prompt call back from Karen who was very responsive and professional. Andy came over and was very honest on the work that was needed. After receiving several estimates I decided to go with Schubert Plumbing and am glad I did. Andy and his crew were very professional and did a very good job at cleaning up after. Andy kept me informed each step of the way and if any change orders he said he would show me the problem and go over cost before proceeding, which is greatly appreciated since some companies just fix and expect to get paid. Have recommended Schubert Plumbing to family and friends.

I talked to Karen late Wednesday & scheduled for the following Friday. She called Thursday to confirm that Anthony would come the following morning between 7:30/8. He arrived on time, was pleasant, informed me of what he was doing & what to look out for as a potential issue in the future. This is the third time I've used Schubert Plumbing and have always had positive experiences with them.

Left a message on the machine and heard back from Karen shortly thereafter and she was cheerful and professional. I explained what kind of toilet and faucet I wanted and we scheduled the work. Tim showed up as scheduled after a phone call to let me know he was on his way. It sounds silly, but I love the toilet. It has a smaller footprint and makes the tiny bathroom look larger. For some reason I had frustrated myself shopping for this item in the big box stores. The bathroom vanity/faucet installation turned out great and the bronze faucet I requested pulls the whole remodel together. Some of the pipes that connect the vanity faucet had to be replaced as they did not connect. While Tim was here I asked him to look at the upstairs sink that was leaking and to fix a pipe. He was efficient, easy to work with and professional. I thought the price was reasonable for everything I had done. We did the majority of the remodel ourselves except for the flooring and the plumbing, which ended up being so much less expensive than the all inclusive type estimates we had. I have used Schubert Plumbing in the past and have found their service to be excellent and will use them in the future.

They installed the waste line for the kitchen sink, vanity, and unclogged the stack. Did a nice job in a timely manner. Then on 6/9/14 I had them came back as I was getting water in my basement bathroom once I turned on the valve for outside water line. They cut and capped the old line and installed a new line. Did a great job and I would highly recommend these folks.

Within 24 hours of calling to schedule an appointment, Schubert scheduled me for the next morning. Tim showed up on time the next morning and quickly replaced an outdoor faucet and indoor cutoff value in under an hour, and gave me enough time before turning off the water to make my coffee in the morning. I would definitely hire them again.

They send the same guy out and he has done really good work every time. He has always been prompt and courteous and willing to help me because I don't really know much at all about fixing any kind of plumbing issues. He has been really helpful and assistive in all those departments. He has recommended the type of toilet that I should get when I need to get my toilet replaced and gave me some feedback as opposed to selling me the one they had in their store which is more expensive. He has done a good job.

They sent two people out, and shortly after, it started leaking again. They also installed a drain pipe in the sink that does not look like the type of pipe you would use in the bathroom.

Called on a Saturday & they did not return my call until Monday.Very unusual for them as we have used them several times before & this has never occurred.They usually get right back to me. However, even though I really needed help asap, I waited as they have been that good in the past.They came as promised late afternoon & made the necessary repairs in a professional & timely manner. As usual we were very happy with the service Tim provided & will definitely call them again in the future.

His company returned our call the same day and the service was scheduled less than 48 hours later. He provided us with an itemized bill. My husband has been in the construction business himself for over 30 years and says Mr. Schubert is honest, fair, and a very good plumber. Mr. Schubert has done other work at our house, and we will continue to use him in the future.

After the terrible wind chills below zero, one of my water pipes burst. I had same day service the day after, and after dealing with the pipes in question and navigating my basement crawlspace, I was incredibly grateful. Work was completed timely.

Timmy was the plumber who came to my house. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and he was very polite and friendly. Timmy was also quite knowledgeable. The work was completed efficiently and Timmy cleaned up after himself. I was very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend their service. I was also impressed by Karen who called me back when she said she would and who was very pleasant to speak with. I haven't met the owner , but if he is anything like his employees, he has a wonderful business. Keep up the good work!

Schubert Plumbing was wonderful. They showed up on time on very short notice (2 hours) and had us fixed and flowing again in no time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Schubert and left message; call was returned within a day. We played phone tag for several days to coordinate a time for the service (which was fine since this was a non-emergency plumbing service). Once we connected, the workers came to the house when they said they would, completed the service in a short time, cleaned up well and provided some good counsel on additional work related to the job.

Great! Installed new faucet after the last one broke. Pointed out that he had to charge me for one hour, so he could take care of a couple of other items at no extra cost (save for the parts). Installed new shutoff valves in the kitchen. Also went in the basement and tighted upon our very old shutoff valves there. I called at 7am and explained the situation (had to shut off water to all of kitchen to stop the water from gushing). They were here by noon the same day. Everything works well, everything cleaned up. Excellent. Will use them in the future, and recommend them to others.
