Description of Work: Great place for women who don't like auto garages, like me. They were professional, courteous, and quick. They explained (without talking down to me, what they were doing etc...) Super professional. I really enjoyed the experience even though (or maybe because) it was only 15 minutes long. They replaced the glass on a side mirror.

Description of Work: They will come to where you are, so they came to my place of work....I unlocked the car and walked away. They did a good and clean job, worked with the insurance company directly, already had my credit card on file...very convenient.

Description of Work: Replaced the rear window in my small SUV Hybrid. Technician arrived late. Said he had problems at his first sight. Installation went well and he took almost of the glass particles that had come from the breaking window.

Description of Work: service response was quick, on time and professional. The project was a bit difficult but the service guy got it done well.

Description of Work: Had auto windshield broken by foul ball at my grandaughter's softball game. Called insurance company and asked for who they would recommend. They called Safelite and set up an appointment. Safelite called me, came to my workplace, obtained my keys, informed me they had the wrong windshield, (my fault, didn't know it was heated) told me they could be back next day ( Saturday)_ or Monday. I said that Monday was fine, arrived when I arrived for work, had it finished in 45 minutes and it's great. The real positive, however was the customer service by the representatives of this company that come out to you. Very very professional. Excellent company.
