I bought the Angie's Deal for this service and it was well worth the money. I was extremely impressed with the results. The tile really did look brand new and glistened. I actually have always wanted to replace this tile, but this cleaning has convinced me to keep the tile.

Very odd experience with "Roth2U". Called to schedule the at-home appointment, was given a day that the salesperson would come but not a time and was told the salesman would call me. After waiting most of the day, I called back to say I hadn't heard. (We are not currently living at the house and we have a toddler son, so we need specifics to make plans). She said she would tell the salesman to call me, which he promptly did and he finally gave me a time. He seemed rather inconvenienced that he had to call me. The salesman was on-time but it was a pretty frustrating experience. He measured the space we wanted carpeted and gave us a square footage number that was much larger than what I had calculated but he could not or would not explain why that was the case, just very vague about it. We are first time home buyers and very confused about this whole process and he definitely wasn't helping us understand things. Then he seemed to be pushing a couple of very specific types of carpet on us which we clearly didn't like. We had borrowed a sample from a big box store to show the general type that we preferred and kept asking if he had anything like it and he kept saying no, but being very vague and telling us things like "that's more carpet than you need" without explaining why. After pushing him for a while, he finally got a couple more samples from his car, and I even asked if I could go just glance at the ones in his car to see if there were any we liked, but he said no. We weren't just going to buy carpet after looking at 3 or 4 types. And he just did not want to show us anymore. Very strange. The last straw is that when he was giving us quotes for the prices, he acted like all of the coupons and deals from Angie's List only worked if you were installing 3+ rooms. I had asked the original receptionist and she didn't act like that was a problem and I had asked him on the phone and he didn't act like it was a problem and it doesn't seem to indicate on Angie's List that that's a requirement. Overall, it was just an odd, somewhat frustrating experience for us. There are too many carpet companies around to give business to one that makes the process so confusing and vague. Very much a waste of our time. We brought another company in a few days later and had a MUCH more pleasant experience and are in the process of ordering carpet from them.

As referenced above everything went very well.

The tech immediately told us there would be an extra fee because "of the amount of dirt on the carpets". These were bedrooms. needed to be cleaned but no one wore shoes in them they were not accessed by the outside so they weren't that dirty. He then asked where we got the carpets because they were really cheap. I told him this is a new house (2 1/2 years old) it was standard "builder's package carpet". While he was here he continually called me to "see what a good job he was doing". We cleared everything off small furniture pieces (night stands) and told him he didn't have to move the bed or larger dressers. He didn't move the night stands either. It took the carpets 2 days to dry, I asked him not to soak them and he told me he was using strong suction and was going over them several times. The area rug that he cleaned was wool, which he told me had "wool moth" which should be treated, of course for an additional fee. The carpets are cleaned, for that I am giving them an overall rating of "C". I would never have that person in my home again, however I don't like to berate the whole company because of one employee.

The job was completed in an ok manner, BUT, I expected more. #1. The voucher clearly stated, $149.00 as the TOTAL PRICE. (plus a tip). I was not expecting any more, I did not have the exact ADDITIONAL AMOUNT that was due for SALES TAX ($10.43) I was forced to use a credit card for that amount. It is not the ten dollars that concerns me, but any amount over the quoted price. #2. The technician used a mobil unit, which I could have used by renting from Home Depot. I expected a TRUCK MOUNTED unit from a company like ROTH. Very disappointed.

\Serviceman ( Jeremy) called at 0730 to say he would be arriving at 1100, he arrived on time. I was very satisfied with his work, one room was very dirty and he suggested using a power brush for an extra $25, it worked wonders. Areas where rug was covered and white blended back in with the uncovered areas. I would recommend Roth . Jeremy did a very good job and cleaned up after he was done.

He arrived 10 minutes Early and started right in cleaning the tile and grout with a machine after thor oughly explaining his services. I paid $30 extra for a power scrub because my tile had not been touched for 20 years. The entire foyer and master bathroom were cleaned, dried, and sealed in under 2 hours. There is a definite color difference after the procedure so I am pleased.

Joe, the technician, was amazing! He phone in the morning to give an estimated arrival time. He arrived exactly on time. Was duteous, hard working, dedicated, and extremely detailed orientated. He explained what he was going to do. He asked me to inspect all the areas he cleaned for my approval. Joe took the time to clean one side of a few steps, while leaving the other area temporally uncleaned. By doing this, Joe demonstrated how dirty my carpets were (though you would not have thought it prior to the cleaning), and the effectiveness of the Roth Carpet Cleaning Service. Joe took time to explain things to me, show me the progress, and listen to my concerns. His work ethic was amazing! He never took a break, worked thoroughly to clean my carpets. Due to my outstandingly positive experience with Joe, I will be using Roth Carpet Cleaning again in the future. I will also be recommending Roth Carpet Cleaning, and particularly Joe (as a technician) to all of my friends and family. I was more than pleased with my experience, and will absolutely be using Roth Carpet Cleaning in the future, but only if I can have Joe as my technician.

They were excellent and called me back within a day and performed the work within 2-3 days. They were very professional and explained the chemicals they were using and answered any questions I had.

The services worked out pretty well and their price was good. They did a good job and did offer me some up-sell stuff which initially I was kind of disappointed that they did but they did not really push it so that was fine. They guy was nice. When he came, he did not have a clue about me having an Angie’s List Deal so it did take a little while; he did have to make a few phone calls to get things straightened out but it worked out okay. I called them about three months after purchasing the Big Deal. Once I called them, I was able to get a schedule pretty quickly.

They did a good job. Gentleman that came to house was professional at all times and worked until job was done. Showed up on time, and very professional.

They called and cancelled the day they were supposed to show up. I just have a bad feeling about people who cancel and change things. I don't like to deal with people who do the same.

The salesperson was professional and gave us a lot of information and choices. The crew that came to do the job were friendly, answered questions, and did a good job. We were happy.

We were very satisfied with Roth Cleaning. I would not hesitate to call him again, and I probably will. We did not request anything extra. They offered like scotch guard and we declined. There was no extra charge, but it seems to me that there was a tax charge for that. I like that they were prompt in getting to me like the next day after I initiated the coupon. They were prompt to do it soon. They did not put me off for a long time. Kevin was totally pleasant. I pointed out some concerns I had from someone else I had do the work before many years ago, and he was very attentive to it. He was courteous, prompt, and I might even request him again aside from the fact the way the office treated me. I think maybe all their people are good like that. I was quite satisfied with the pricing. There was nothing that irritated me and I am a critical person.

They were fine but ended up charging a little extra for doing an extra hallway. They were okay overall and their price is in par with anybody else. There prices were the same as anybody else so there is no reason for me not to use them but there is not going to be a big advantage in using them as well.

They were fine, they came on time, and did the job I asked them to do. They were very professional.

Big deal as advertised. Extra fee for pillows.

The service person, Joe, was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellant job. We were concerned about our new carpet since it got very wet during this process but it dried overnight and we are very satisfied.

It did not turn out very well. I would have been much better off just paying for it without the deal since it was such a small area. The guy came with this huge piece of equipment that did absolutely nothing. I was able to clean it by myself with Clorox clean-up and a tooth brush.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I added some extra services. They did the job but there were extra charges. They were prompt and timely.

A very nice and honest young men did come to my house, However after examining the carpet, He was honest to tell me that my carpet was very clean and few ink spots won't be able to come off even with cleaning. Then my house was sold so I no longer need the service.

They found out they couldn't service my couch because of the material. However, they did the best they could and they took the time to look up that the material needed to be dry cleaned and I appreciated that.

The carpets were still dirty. I paid extra to get rid of pet oders. It deid not work. Called to complain and lady just blew me off. Would not recommend or ever use them agaqin

It was fine. The technician was very responsive and explained exactly what he would be doing. He came at the very end of the window of the time, but he was so helpful that the scheduling as fine.
