Roth was very conscientious. They came on time, took away our 9x12 foot oriental rugs, cleaned them including enzyme bath for pet stains, and returned them on time. I was surprised that they don't do the pads underneath, but Footers cleaners does pads. The final price was what they said it would be, but that seems expensive for 2 rugs.

Kevin came for the appointment and was very polite and professional. He explained what to expect during the clean and after. I was very happy with the service.

Everything went well, only problem one installer smokes and it's still lingering in the bedroom. Other than that both gentleman did phenomal jobs and I would definitely hire them again.

It takes a long time for the carpets to dry because they use water.

We had a whole house carpet cleaning scheduled. The worker was prompt, efficient and polite. He did an excellent job and we were very pleased with his work. The carpets took slightly longer to dry than expected, but we didn't find that problematic.

Excellent! Shopped a few places but felt best with Jack and Roth Carpeting. He was trustworthy,kind, informative, helpful and assured us of a great job. Roth should be thankful Jack is such an excellent representative of the company because his word mattered to us and he did do all we expected. That makes all the difference in carpet agreements and the final product for a whole house installation. When the installers came in they were amazing, worked hard, honest, clean, effective and every part of our home was carpeted well. We loved the color, type and texture we selected and we are very satisfied. I would shop Roth again without question.

Two men came to clean our carpets. They were very efficient and completed the job within an hour. I would definitely use them again

They did come out about 2 weeks ago. I just wanted some areas cleaned because I have a pet. For the price I didn't have the feel because I mean it was really nice while they did it but after it dried it went right back to look in the way it did. It did a lot about the smell but it didn't do the cleaning and when I asked them, instead of worrying cleaning the carpet, would you concentrate more on the areas that really needs cleaning, so I would ecpect that to be perfect or as closer as you can. They were on time though.

My carpet was cleaned several months ago and I just noticed overspray all over the bottoms of my furniture in the rooms cleaned. The furniture is black and the white cleaning solution was sprayed on the bottom of all of the pieces.

It worked out really good. The only thing that I wasn't very happy about was that they gave me a timeframe and the guy was a little bit late. However, he gave me a couple of things like a carpet fresher and something like that. So, they made me wait an extra two hours but they gave me something in return. Their pricing was pretty good.

We were very pleased with both the effort and the results. They offered some advice on areas that would respond to additional treatment (and they were right.)

Manager Kevin Easley and Leland Ward were both very thorough and professional. They called the morning and gave us an estimated time and arrived as expected. We were very happy with the job and would definitely use Roth again in the future!

So, it was mixed. They did wonderful work and carpets were cleaned nicely. That said, I felt the pricing and $99 offer was a bit of the "foot-in-the-door" approach. The offer was for 4 rooms and I had one more.... well I ended up paying nearly $300. Not really a deal.. but they were prompt and did great work.

The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice. They fit me into the schedule within a couple days of calling. The service man was very nice (new on the job). They were cleaning a berber carpet in the basement that had pets on it. Our primary concern was the smell. There was still an odor the next day and the company sent someone back out to see if anything could be done. They did another spray of deodorizer. Unfortunately, the smell remained after the cleaning but I don't know that there was anything else they could have done. I would definitely use the company again though. Overall, a good experience.
