Everything was ok but I thought the add on cost for berber carpet should've been stated in the deal.

There were no problems either visit. The carpet dried in no more 24 hours. They didn't come the time they said, they came early, but it worked out fine.

We were moving out of our rental unit, and needed to have the carpets cleaned to adhere to our lease. Overall, the carpets were cleaned, and they looked a lot better than i thought they would turn out. Once the gentleman arrived he was in and out in about 45 min. He did say that the carpet cleaning would be an extra $25 because the carpet was berber. When i made the appointment nobody asked what kind of carpet I had, and i've never had carpets cleaned before so I wasn't aware there would be a price difference. But he did forego the price because I was an Angie's list member. The only negative thing I would have to say is that there was some confusion about timing. I was originally told that carpets would be cleaned between 730-930am. However when I received a phone call at 8am it was to tell me that they wouldn't arrive until 1130. and that the original time frame i was given was to give a window for cleaning only, and no service would be provided at that first time frame. Which definitely interfered with my day.

Cleaning job was very good. The person performing the service was polite and hard working. The floors have not looked this good in a long time. The contractor said he could not provide service for cleaning and sealing marble shower. We wish we would have asked for a recommendation from him for a company that would clean the shower area.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Roth scheduled the cleaning and Jeremy arrived on the agreed date and time. He went right to work and did a great job. We are very pleased and will use Roth again. THANKS ROTH and THANKS JEREMY!

Technician knew his job and was great. So why an F ? BECAUSE THE COMPANY CHARGED ME AGAIN AND HAD ALREADY PUT THROUGH THE CHARGE ON PAYPAL THROUGH ANGIES LIST. THE TECHNICIAN DOESN'T RUN THE COMPANY, JUST DOES WHAT HE IS TOLD. LOOK FOR HIDDEN FEES , REASONS WHY YOU WILL BE CHARGED MORE THN THE OFFER. A WEEK LATER, I AM GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM BOTH ANGIES LIST AND ROTH CARPET CONCERNING BEING CHARGED TWICE. LOOK AT BBB RATING FOR THIS COMPANY - AN F , THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED WITH THE BBB. ANGIES LIST NEEDS TO DROP THIS COMPANY DUE TO BILLING PRACTICES AND COSTS STATED A F T E R THEY ARRIVE. USE ANOTHER COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After Squeaky Clean Clear Service never responded to my Angie's List service purchase, and apparently stopped honoring all Angie's List purchases, Angie's List found a similar deal from Roth Carpet Cleaning Inc. Very good responsiveness and customer service over the phone. The day before the scheduled cleaning I received a call stating that I would receive a call the morning of the cleaning giving me a window of when the carpet cleaner would show up (12-2pm). Later I received a call stating that the cleaner was running late and would be there by 3pm at the latest. Obviously this is not an ideal situation. However, the cleaner did arrive at 3pm, and quickly made it up to me by using a higher quality steam cleaner and doing the hallway for no extra charge. He was apologetic for the delay, very personable, and did a decent enough job (probably as good as or better than I could have asked for a discounted service). They don't move beds, and the cleaning stopped right at the perimeter of the bed (I had wished that he would perhaps clean as far under the bed as he could), but I'm honestly very happy with the service. No chemical smells (no smells of any kind); it seems to have gotten the dog smells out of the carpet. Carpets dried in 6-8 hours. I would most likely use Roth Carpet Cleaning again.

They were very nice and professional. I was not prepared for them to schedule so quickly and my house was not ready for them to come by to do the carpet cleaning. I will purchase this deal again once my house is ready.

We bought a new house and it has cream carpet. The carpet was in decent shape but there were some areas that were darkened from higher traffic and a couple of minor stains. We've moved several times but most of our homes had all hardwood or they were new construction and so the carpet was not stained (yet!). So I'm not sure what one can usually expect from carpet cleaning but I just wanted to get it done before our furniture was moved in se they could get to all areas without having to move furniture. Roth showed up on time and the tech was professional. The traffic stains are greatly improved but the other stains are still there and were only faded after the cleaning. Also, there area closest to the baseboards is still darkened. . . almost like a shadow around the perimeter of each room. Surprisingly, the berber in the family room responded much better to the cleaning than the plush-type carpet that is in the bedrooms and hall. According to the info on the company's website, I guess I expected the carpet to look virtually new afterward and I don't think that is the case. Considering the low price, I was happy with the outcome and I do feel like the carpet is cleaner than it was prior to the service.

The service was okay. They came out within the first few months after we purchased the Big Deal. We would not use them again in the future. We just found someone that we felt did a better job.

They did a great job. The price was great. They did upsell me on some stuff, like, Scotchgard; which I wasn't really expecting.

It was fine. They did a good job. It didn't take too long for the chairs to dry. One cleaner came out.

Jack. the Salesman, came out to our home with samples, measured the rooms and took our order. He is very personable, was right on time and did not try to persuade us one way or another as to our final decision. No pressure sales. The two installers came out promptly on the scheduled date and did a perfect job of installing the carpeting. Wow, what a difference in the appearance of the three rooms- Beautiful! The job was done by two very nice young gentlemen who were professionals in every sense of the word. We are very satisfied with the quality of the product and the installation.

Jeremy arrived earlier than promised, got right to work, and did a great job. I had cleaned one of the rooms a few days earlier using our personal carpet cleaner, and was amazed at how much better it looked when he was finished.

Salesman very knowledgeable and personable. Cost was more than I wanted to spend at this time.

It went well - the person who scheduled us forgot to tell us that the workers do not carry vacuum cleaners on their trucks (to keep costs down).... The carpet cleaner told us the morning he scheduled us, so we had to scramble to do the thorough vacuuming. But the cleaner (Geno) handled it well. He scheduled us later in the day so we could vacuum and he was a very good and professional worker.

Contractor was punctual, the work was thorough. A great experience overall.

I was very pleased with the service provided, start to finish. Jack came out to the house to show carpet samples before I placed my order. He was very accomodating to my schedule. He was very knowledgable and worked up a great price. I live in a rental unit and needed to keep the cost down as low as possible. Obviously, I didn't purchase top of the line carpet, but I feel he gave the best quality for the price. I did shop around at all the local places and big box stores. The installation guys were great, worked non-stop and put everything back exactly where they found it. I would definitely use them in the future.

I was happy with the experience. The only thing was that there was styrofoam under my bed and they didn't remove it and my bed was lopsided.

I was disappointed in one of the chairs they did. The fabric is now dull. However, the pricing was reasonable.

It was good but I didn't think they were so good at stain removal. Other than that, they were good. I asked them to retreat a couple of stains. After they left, there were a couple that I got up with Woolite cleaner myself so I was a little disappointed in the stain part. There were no additional charges besides the tax. They were very courteous and professional. The only problem I had was the stain removal. The price was good but I didn't compare it. I probably wouldn't use them again.
