Description of Work: They cleaned three rooms of carpet. It was done very fast and they look nice..but the didn't get into the edges along the wall and didn't close the door to do the carpet behind it. Overall they were on time, scheduled fast, and did a nice job.

Description of Work: Samples were brought to my home so I could choose what looked best with my furniture, etc. I was notified as soon as the carpet arrived & installation was scheduled. Installers showed on time. & worked until completed, cleaning & vacuuming after they moved the furniture back in place.

Description of Work: tech was polite, arrived on time. Said he couldnt do 3 rooms because of the size, only 2 or extra charge. The primary reason I called was for the living rm carpet. Had a lot of stains on it. Didnt look any better after cleaning than when he started. Getting the stains out was probably an extra charge too. Not worth the time to have done. I could have rented a cleaner & done beter my self.

Description of Work: The manager came to my house to clean 5 rooms and double entry steps. (I can't remember his name! :( ) He was on time, extremely polite, and fast! The carpets looked brand new after he was done! I would highly recommend him and Roth Carpet!

Description of Work: This was confusing to me but it wasn't Roth's fault. It was the first time I used one of the "deals" that came over from you via e-mail. It asked me for my preferred dates which I gave. I expected a call from Roth. The dates I requested came and went and I was pretty upset given that I had already paid. When I called them they indicated that I was supposed to somehow do it through the site and they weren't supposed to call me directly to do the setup of the appointment? Anyway - confusing. I'm not sure I would do another "deal" based on this experience, although again I'm not sure it was Roth's fault or Angie's list fault.
