Description of Work: Sectional sofa, stairs and three bedrooms. Great job. A little pricey when you add in all the extras--scotchguard, pretreatment, enzyme cleaner but thats par for the course with carpet and upholstery cleaning. Very professional and informative.

Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" for Roth Carpet Cleaning Inc. The deal was for three rooms of carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpeting in 3 rooms and a staircase.

Description of Work: I normally woukd clean the carpet of my apartment and would usually take me around 5 hours. They did it in an hour and few minutes. Great experience.

Description of Work: I had Roth come to clean my carpets. I made it clear that they were not stained at all, but that we really wanted to have the carpets deodorized since we have an old dog and the carpets had a bit of a "doggie" smell. They assured me that they had a deodorizer that worked great for pets. They showed up on time and were quite pleasant and professional, but I honestly think that I could have achieved the same effect by just wetting the carpets. The carpets smelled a bit fresher for an hour or so, but the fresh smell faded quickly, and then the carpets really just smelled more like "wet dog." It was a waste of money. Since we didn't have any stains, I couldn't tell if they had actually cleaned anything, so I won't give them a bad grade. I would try using them again if our carpets were stained or visibly dirty. Just be warned that if you expect your carpets to smell clean when they're done, you'll be disappointed. I ended up getting a baking soda carpet deodorizer from Target for less than $5 that worked much better for this purpose!
