They arrived promptly when they said they would. They did the job well. They were very pleasant. I was very happy with the quality of the work.

They are quite good. I am happy with their service. I am okay with the price. There is nothing to complain.

I had initially sent an email to Roth for a "guaranteed response," but never got one. I'm glad I decided to call for the appt. The technician, Geno, was fantastic. He was polite, punctual and very nice to my old dog too! I had my large dining room (with berber carpet), my living room and a small set of steps done. I paid extra for the steps and for the sanitizing in the living room because my dog had some accidents in there. The carpets look wonderful and I will definitely call Roth again when I decide to do the rest of the house. Thanks!!

I have used Roth Carpet Cleaning two times now for my rental units. I have used other companies that were not nearly as professional, honest or reasonably priced. The price is always lower than their competitors and they do great work. I highly recommend.

We arranged for carpet cleaning for 2 bedrooms and 3 sets of stairs -- we live in a rowhouse so not big rooms. This is a small job. Although we told them we need furniture moved, one technician showed up and was unprepared to move furniture alone. He asked if I can help. I am 7 months pregnant -- so obviously the answer is no. And even if I weren't, it's inappropriate to ask a customer to help with something like that when it was already requested. The technician's boss then called and told me we never mentioned we had furniture that needed moving and if we had mentioned that they would have explained that they only move sofas and coffee tables not beds and dressers. They never explained these details when we were booking the job and they knew they were being asked to move furniture in 2 bedrooms -- who has coffee tables and sofas in bedrooms? It's one thing if there was a misunderstanding, but to claim that we did not request something so that it is squarely our fault is dishonest. Unbelievable. I do not recommend.

They did a thorough job and the cost was very reasonable. They were very prompt and knowledgeable.

IT WENT VERY WELL. WE WERE REALLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THOUGHT THE COST WAS VERY MODEST COMPARED TO SOME QUOTES.

Arrived on time and was very professional. Looked at the overall job and discussed pricing and we added more rooms at a reasonable rate. I will say that the coupon offers are very confusing and are not necessarily accurate. Certain room sizes aren't eligible, etc. But overall it was a good value. Got stains out that couldn't be gotten out by my carpet cleaner like it was spilled water. I would definitely use again and would highly recommend. As a matter of fact, I just moved into this house and need carpets cleaned at the townhome I was renting. I am calling Roth's today!

Called Roth and was scheduled promptly. They arrived in a timely fashion, did great work and went an "extra mile" on taking care of some additional issues. The cleaning professional that did our work was very friendly and informative. We would definitely use these folks again.

Tom came out, was on time and did a great job. My furniture never looked so good...!

I don't have time to complete this part. They damaged my rugs.

They have cleaned my wool rugs and wool carpets. I had upholstery work done by this company too. The prices are very competitive. I'm very satisfied with the punctuality and professionalism of this company.

It was absolutely wonderful. They did a great job. They were really good. He was neat. He brought a machine filled with water into my great room. Not a drop of water spilled. He was very neat. He did a really good job. He left the place looking great. The furniture looks great now that he cleaned it. I had a party on Christmas Eve and some red win got spilled on the carpet. I will be calling them back to clean that here shortly.

Sent email to arrange an appointment. Got a call in less than 3 business days. I guess it could have been quicker but I had no expectation of when the call would be made. Got an estimate over the phone for roughly $225 based on description of house (number of rooms) and type of Carpet (Berber) and perference for truck mounted cleaner vs portable. Set an appointment for a day I liked. Got a call the day before to confirm and another the day of to confirm time frame. Driver/Tech arrived within time range provided, looked over the job with me and revised the estimate (up to 250) based on one room being larger than expected and therefore counted as 2 spaces. Did the entire job in a bit over an hour once set up. Carpets don't look brand new - but they look a whole lot better than they did before and it had been 3+ years since they were last cleaned. Next Time i will call Roth again and at this price I will probably have them back every 12 months or so.

Exactly as advertised, they came on time, did a good job and left. They did what was needed; also, Roth did a follow up call to be sure I was satisfied.

They came and did what was expected cleaning the carpet in 3 rooms and cleaning my upholstery, they added a deep clean since my carpets have not been cleaned in a while (this adds $25 total to your bill). The gentleman who came to do the job was very friendly and polite, I will nitpick here just a little bit, the only problem is that the day of the appointment they say they will call you between certain times (and this gentleman called within the first 10 minutes of that window) and then they will come between this time and that time usually a 2 hour window, I know that they have other jobs and it all depends on when they get finished with what they have, but I would prefer if they said ok the technician will call at this time and will show up at this time, so I don't feel like I have to sit at home all day. There a couple spots though where I still can see a spot ever so slightly I did not know if steam clean was supposed to get rid of the stain completely or just depends on how bad the stain was previously and how long it has been there. Overall as said not a bad job the price quoted was the price I paid, for the 3 rooms and upholstery it only took a couple hours at the most, I would hire them again.

The cleaned every room's carpet. The raised all furniture appropriately. The stain was attended to. The leak in the basement was not really addressed. They cleaned but didn't offer any other service to prevent mold, remove the stain, etc. They were VERY timely on the initial call. However, the leak stain resurfaced as did the stain the spare bedroom. It took several attempts to get them to call back. They did and scheduled another time to come out. However, they never called to confirm and that morning, we had to call. Only to be told they would be out tomorrow. Tomorrow came and they called to say their representative called off and they will reschedule us for the next day. That has not come yet for me to comment on. I was general happy with the price and service until it came to having them come back out. I've used them in the past and may try again, however, customer service doesn't end until the customer's needs have been met.

I don't remember the name of the representative who came out, but he did a great job. He was on time. They also had a good Angie's list coupon going at the time. He explained the various types of carpet cleaning services and explained everything, especially the type that is good to try to help get rid of pet dander and stench. It was a little more for that services, but I was glad we got it. When he finished, our carpets looked brand new. There also wasn't an over kill of chemical stench post cleaning. My husband was a neat freak and was also really impressed at how much better the carpets looked. He also pointed out where there was additional wear and tear on certain carpets that a cleaning was not going to get rid. He cleaned it up fast. The guy who came also was a really nice guy who was very helpful in letting us know what times of the year they offer good deals on carpet and upholstery cleaning, etc. We were really satisfied with their work and would consider calling them again or referring them to others.

I have two dogs who have stained my carpets over the years. Roth Carpet Cleaning was able to remove all the stains. I am very pleased with their service.

Emailed via Angie's list, recieved call back within 24hrs. Many available days to schedule - no long waiting period. Showed up on time and went right to work. I have white carpet with 2 small dogs, 1 under a year who we pad trained in the house...prior to this I was using a spot bot to clean any accidents, throw up, coloring from bones/toys, and also we are not the type to take shoes off when entering; truthfully our carpet and our furniture both need replaced but we are waiting for the puppy to get older. I didn't expect that I would be able to tell much of a difference with the cleaning but the carpet looked amazing. The person who cleaned the carpet was worried that all of the spot bot circles would show through but they did not and my carpet is all one color again. I am very pleased with how quickly I was able to set this up, the price I paid, and the service provided.
