Did a great jpb and very accommodating but I will say the same as everyone else, they upcharge you for different carpet types and disinfecting as was the case in the new house I moved into with some pet stains. Overall happy but dont expect to pay the price you are quoted because there will be extra fees.

Dave arrived on time, introduced himself with a firm handshake and went right to work. He wasted no time and did an excellent job!!

The tech arrived on time & started immediately. Did a nice job, but I noticed after he left the steps weren't done very well. Also around some of the baseboards there was dust. I called the next day & they offered to come out to correct the problem but I didn't have the time to reschedule another visit. I'm rating them an overall "A" because it was my fault they couldn't come out to correct the problem.

Good experience overall. Sectional came out nice, carpets looked good too but not really any different from before, although the tech said the carpets were relatively clean to begin with. Tech was nice and professional. Only issue would be that the quoted price over the phone was dramatically less that what the services actually cost.

the cleaner was prompt, courteous, and professional. He did a great job. We have a toddler and a dog, and the sofa looked (and smelt) great after it was done!

I did expect more from Roth Carpet Cleaning Inc than what they did. The technician was working by himself. He was moving things around and broke one of my wife's porcelain ceramics. He didn't offer any reparation so we let it go. I thought he would get more stains out than he did so it was just an average job. Roth Carpet Cleaning Inc was here when they were supposed to be.

There was a slight debate over two rooms and a hallway but it finally worked out in my favor. They did a fine job, above average.

From the initial call with Angela to the completed job by Kevin, it was flawless. Angela was so friendly and helpful. Took the time to inform me of all details and had knowledge of the Angie List deal. I have found most company employees have no idea what deal they are running...this was not the case. She is a pleasure to speak with. Kevin called first thing in AM, gave me a time window for arrival and was prompt. He is very professional, friendly and has great knowledge of their services. He did a great job. He was courteous in my home, covered my hard wood floors and cleaned up after completion. I will definitely use this company again and will ask for Kevin. I give them a high recommendation. You have a great group of employees Dave!!

The service provider performed with professionalism and good manners. We were happy with the service provided and the price.

Didn't come or call at the time agreed on when I called to make the appointment. Husband didn't know job was paid in advance and paid again. Had I been at home when they came this would not have happened. Had to wait too long to get money back from company. This was a Big Deal, can't remember the date.

Everyone at Roth was very personable and exceedingly kind. The administrative staff and cleaners were fully professional. Only the owner was a bit confrontational. Our challenge was with the cleaning itself. We typically run with Sears and have been fully satisfied with their services in the past. We made the mistake of trying to save a buck with an "Angie's deal" and got to see the difference in cleaning service. The Roth agent showed up on time and was very courteous. However, instead of a truck-mounted steam system (like Sears uses), the agent utilized a mobile bucket. After running the bucket over our wet and slightly muddy sidewalk, he proceeded to run the equipment up our brand new carpeted stairs and hallway to the affected area. We let it go, thinking that he would certainly 'clean his way out.' As well, when cleaning a specific area, the agent advised a sanitizer when we thought that an enzyme treatment was appropriate. After the agent left, there was a grease mark at the top of the stairs and mild dirt tracks from the bucket wheels. Most importantly, the odor in the treated area had not been resolved. We later learned from the main office that the agent was new and indeed should have used an enzyme treatment for the nature of the affected area. We granted a return to treat the area properly, and asked for a manager to call us before an agent returned -- to ensure that the earlier service issues would not be repeated. Instead, we simply got a call that the agent would be arriving in a few minutes. We decined service because we did not have the opportunity to first discuss with a manager as requested, and the agent arrived with the 'bucket' and not a truck-mounted steam system. While the agent was here, he was very kind to clean the grease spot -- claimed that he was a manager with full authority, apologized for the service confusion after we explained everything in detail, and agreed to a full refund. The owner then called us the next day and told us that the agent did not have the authority to grant a refund. He was slightly combative and asked for an explanation of our entire experience. I did not have the time to re-hash, and referred him to his agent who we had given every detail. Roth ultimately did do the right thing, and issued a full refund. We then reached out to Sears who came with their truck-mounted system -- which is standard. They properly treated the affected area, and cleaned the entire path down the hallway and steps that Roth had soiled with their equipment -- leaving our home in worse condition than their arrival. After all the communication disconnects, substandard equipement, and inexperienced approach, we're dedicated to Sears for carpet cleaning regardless of price.

My experience with them was very good. The guy was prompt, on time, got right down to business, was very congenial, did what he had to do and left.

The experience was fine. They cleaned the carpet and they did a fine job. It was up to my satisfaction. They came out right away and were very prompt. It was a big deal purchase. I moved and I have hardwood floors.

I called on Friday and they came the next day. Arrived on time. Very professional and polite. Explained in detail what he would do and my responsibilities afterwards. He also explained how to keep carpets in good condition. Carpets very clean and smell fresh.

From start to finis it took a little over 2 hours and everything was perfect. Joe was awesome, thanks!

They did a great job cleaning the carpets. The only issue was that there were quite a few added fees. It was a bit more pricey than the deal stated.

I would never use them again. They quoted me one thing and charged another, and did not do the work as agreed upon. They said they wouldn’t honor coupon because they already offered a discount. He said that the couch was oversized (and would cost extra), but it just seemed like they were trying to get more money. It wasn’t a truck mounted cleaner, and the machine started smoking in my house, so he moved it outside. I had to get fans and open the windows, to air it out before guests came for Thanksgiving. Then, I had to get heaters out to dry the carpet. I wasn’t pleased at all. I could have done it myself by hand. The spots on my rug don't look any different.

It was frustrating. I felt like the "bait and switch" trick was played on me.

They did an excellent job and were very professional. I was very pleased with their service, however I wish I would have known that they were using a portable unit rather than a truck mounted unit

We bought a new place and had to have the carpets (they were off white) cleaned in the rental we were currently living in. We had 5 rooms to clean with approximately 1200 sq. ft. They were on time. Professional. Thoughtful. Nice. And, this one is important...they did not look at the place and say "oh, there is more here than we thought and we need to charge you extra...a lot extra..." I have had several experiences as this and I think it is dishonest. Roth was not like that. We told them ahead of time that we had a hallway which could go over the price of the Groupon we bought which had certain conditions. We measured the carpet area for them in advance (they told us how to do it and it was very easy), we gave them the info and that was it!! The end result was hassle free and the rugs were fresh and clean!

My Dad's home had wall-to-wall carpeting which was of good quality but old and had some significant spots in the high traffic areas. Prior to putting the house up for sale we contacted Roth to clean all areas as well as a chair's upholstery that was dingy. The local Roth, which we had used a year prior, was able to accommodate our need for a quick turnaround and to fulfill our specifications via a third party, as we were not on premises. When we returned to the home a few months later (and after it had been subject to prospective buyers' walk-throughs) we had a chance to inspect the carpet and were very pleased. All spots had been removed and the whole carpet looked fresh and attractive.
