He was a delightful guy. He got everything done. He was punctual and he did his work quickly. The carpets look fine.

The carpet is clean, and seems to be holding up. The Scotchgard was extra, and unexpected. But I did it. There was only one person, and it was a lot of heavy work. He didn't move the heavy furniture, and that was okay. I think he took pride in his work. I just sort of felt lukewarm about it all.

They came and cleaned with a very small hand held device that I assume had no water source of its own. After completion the workman charged us a total of $190 some dollars, even after I had asked him earlier if he needed my coupon/receipt from Angie's List. We had asked for steps and a hallway to be done at an extra charge.|We called Roth Cleaning later and they said they would reimburse us for the amount we had already paid to Angie's List. At this time, we also complained that the carpeting didn't look much cleaner. In fact, we have an area rug in our bedroom that we just bought about 6 months ago. The area under the rug is so much brighter and cleaner than the rest of the rug. They said that they would have someone come out in the next week to look at it. Never happened. The deal specifically spoke about spot cleaning but once the technician arrived he took one look at the spot and said it would be extra money.the only reason I spend more money on this deal was because they claim to be carpet spot specialists. I was disappointed that I just got an expensive carpet cleaning instead of a spot treatment which my wife had to take care of herself. The technician was extremely professional and very good at what he does but I was expecting more because that's what I paid for in a deal that claimed to do carpet cleaning deodorizing sanitizing and spot removal in the deal title.

Good job on the carpets. Quite responsive and professional. My only complaint is that the tech didn't acknowledge that we had paid via Angies List and my wife wrote him a check for the full amount. Roth was very apologetic and sent a prompt refund for the amount that was double paid.

They clean ,spot cleaned and sanitized my carpets.

The first time they came out, the technicians probably did as good the job as he could but he just didn't have good enough equipment. So, we complained to them and the guy came out and brought it some different equipment and fixed the problem and it looks great right now. I think that they endeavor to do a good job. If it were a less reputable company, they probably would have just said that's just normal wear and tear and we can't get it out, but instead he sent out a different truck and a new driver and took care of the problem. It's a pretty reputable company.

The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was very professional and nice. Since I only purchased basic cleaning and not the specific spot removal services, certain spots still remained. The only reason I rated quality a B was because the carpets remained wet for at least 24 hours.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was great. I wanted additional service, and so I paid more. I thought they were very personable, and friendly. I thought they did a very good job, I have worked with other carpet cleaners and I feel they try and nickel and dime you for every spot that they clean, but I did not feel that way with this group. They called me back, and they were at our house within a week of me purchasing the deal. They had to leave at one point to go and get another part, and they were gone for an hour while in the middle of the job.

Arrived on time, called ahead to confirm. Moved furniture. Carpets look new stains removed. Very professional.

We were informed they would contact us by Oct 21, 2013, either via the message center or a phone call. We have not heard from them; not even an apology for being delinquent on the notices.

The carpets did not feel or look clean after they were done. The carpet in the living room and dining room and upstairs hallway is a wool carpet and was not treated properly. It felt as though the cleaning solution remained on the carpets and was not removed. I would not use them again.

Geno arrived on time and worked quite efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and capable. The carpeting looks wonderful. We would definitely use this service again. It was quite affordable compared to work we had done in the past and a better quality result.

They were very nice and accomidating but the equipment they used did not get the furniture clean. I think their equipment just is not powerful enough. They also charged a trip fee and sales tax on top of the deal which I think should have been included in the deal language. If they had an equipment upgrade, I would use them again in the future.

The technician was great. The carpet cleaned up really well. Will eventually need new (it is 9 years old) but it definitely looks a lot better. And this way we knew it was clean before we moved in.

My sister and I retained the services of Roth to clean a sectional sofa belonging to my sister's daughter (my niece). The sofa cleaning was arranged and paid for by my sister and I, as a surprise gift. I specifically joined Angie's list for the area that my niece resides in so that I could find a highly rated service. I live in CA., so I called the company and explained the situation. I spoke with Angela and gave her the name of my sister, telling her that my sister would call with the details. My sister called Angela and arranged to have the sofa cleaned, and specifically stated that she did not want any additional treatments. The sofa already had a stain treatment applied, and her daughter has allergies to certain chemicals. She also informed Angela that her daughter's husband would be home to let them in, and would pay using her credit card. My sister and I split the cost based on the estimate we were given to have the sofa cleaned, NOTHING MORE! Upon arriving home from work that day, my sister spoke to her son-in-law and finds out the sofa had been cleaned, but when he told her the cost she knew something was wrong. He told her that they had cleaned the sofa, and also applied a sanitizing treatment. The son-in-law, who was unaware as to what my sister and I had prearranged allowed the service person to perform the service without question. After cleaning the sofa, a sanitizing treatment was applied that was not asked for, or even mentioned when the arrangements were made. As a previous business owner of two service related businesses, I am fully aware that you attempt to sale the customer additional services. This service however was prearranged, and we expected that only the service requested would be performed! My sister immediately called, explained the situation, and was flat out told that their would be no refund. I also placed a call from CA. The next day, and asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor I cordially explained the situation to, was hostile and argumentative. I asked to speak to the owner, and was told he was not in, and would not be in for several days. The supervisor took my name and number, and told me that he would call. The owner never returned the call, nor were any of the calls my sister made returned. Needless to say we are highly disappointed in the customer service of this company. As a previous business owner, I know that customer satisfaction is the upmost priority for repeat business and potential referrals. Apparently this company could "CARE LESS ABOUT THIIER CUSTOMERS"! I would not use this service again, or recommend it to anyone.

They did an amazing job of cleaning our carpets, deodorizing and getting rid of some nasty dog stains. Most of the dog smell is gone and it was extremely strong. I don't think there is anything they could have done differently to completely get rid of that smell. It was disgusting. The carpets look almost like new. We are so pleased with the professionals who came this morning and the great job they did. I would highly recommend Roth to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. They were very responsive from the very beginning and attentive to our needs. They know good customer service, which is unfortunately extremely rare these days.

They were very professional. They moved my furniture to install and put it all back when they were done. They got rid of the old carpet. I was very happy with the experience.
