Description of Work: I purchased a BigDeal from Roth Carpet Cleaning Inc.

Description of Work: I used the "Big Deal" that I purchased for the services of Roth Carpet Cleaning. It was for carpet cleaning. They cleaned two rooms, the hallway and a set of steps.

Description of Work: Cleaned my tile and grout in the kitchen.

Description of Work: Cleaners left with the house without telling anyone that they ruined a breaker. After calling twice the owner called back and said (Breakers fail all the time, we're not electricians. It's not hard to do, just replace it yourself). The breaker cost me $40 on top of the $264 for the cleaning and sanitizing. The carpets were also not to our expectations. Still debating whether to submit a complaint to the BBB

Description of Work: I was ripped off! We used the $99.90 Angie's List special. The salesperson came to the house and tried to talk my husband up to $350--wouldn't do the work as promised. Worse still the guy was still hanging on to his drink from the night before--or he was having a terrible hangover morning. He was so slimy my husband asked him to leave the house. I called the office, told them our concerns, and they promised they would refund tour money. THEY HAVE NOT. So we are out a hundred bucks that we need to move house, desperately, because some guy can;t hold his liquor and the company has no morals. It makes me very wary of ever using Angie's List again.

Description of Work: This was a special thru Angie's List. I had two upholstered chairs cleaned, that hadn't really been cleaned in about ten years. Main areas of concern were the arms. Rest of chairs in good shape. Man who came to do the work was very cheerful, considerate, and professional. Good reault. Note: I could have had a couch and chairs done instead, but did not need to, so I probably did not take full advantage of the deal.
