could not fix simple issue... had another company out next day who fixed it quickly and easily...

Terrible. Owner Rich was 2 hours late showing up and never called to advise of the delay. When we mentioned it to him he made some excuse about texting the wrong customer. He spent 4 hours trying to figure out the electrical issue but never did. He went on to replace 8 outlets that we never had any problems with and still had no idea the cause of the outage. He then suggested coming back another day to start making holes in the walls in the room to try to figure out the cause (which he added would be a very expensive job) or suggested that he could hook together 2 white wires that would allow the power to be on in the rooms. I questioned if this would comply with building code and he said no but that he did it in his assistant's mother's house and no one would know. After 4 hours he hooked the 2 wires up and said if we changed our mind and wanted him to come back and start knocking out holes in the wall he could come back . I was quite concerned that a so called professional would suggest a makeshift solution especially regarding an electrical issue that would not be within code. He charged us $480.00 and kept stating he was giving us a real discount. He does not take any credit cards only cash or check. He did not provide any receipt and when we called him later for the receipt he emailed a very general receipt with the total and no explanation of what was performed. We called another electrician from Angies list who diagnosed and repaired the problem in 1 hour. We have been using Angie's list for all household issues and have never felt so taken advantage of nor subjected to such poor business manner .

Very pleased with the quality of work, the price as well as the attitude and personality of Rich and his partner. Very nice guys who were professional, efficient and friendly. I have a significantly larger project in the near future and I will be calling Rich.

Rich and his crew are fantastic! Fair pricing, quality work and follow through are what makes him stand above the rest. These guyS are hard working and professional. They came when scheduled, performed all work agreed to and assisted with the inspection process. I would recommend Rich for any electrical project! We are very happy with his work!

Probably got lucky here, but I called Rich in the morning (when the electrician that I had to do the job ended up being a goofball and refused to do the work). He came over very quickly and was able to complete the job the same day. High quality work done very quickly.

Ok but we disputed arrival time & it was obvious the job was just to make a contact for more work.

Very well. They identified a wiring error to the gfci outlet and that solved my problem. Excellent skills.

They were very prompt in returning calls and scheduling appointment. Showed up on time and did all work initially requested plus a few other minor items in the time allotted. Recommended some additional work that I would hire for in the future when needed.

Two guys showed up, worked efficiently, cleanly and politely.

The 2 electricians were great. On time and very professional. They knew their stuff! Very thorough and honest. I would have them return in a heartbeat.

Great! I had tried several other companies that claimed they did all sizes of jobs - but decided this one wasn't worth their effort.

They arrived early and even though I wasn't home, they waited for me to get there. They were extremely polite and professional and efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. They cleaned up after themselves and even played with my dog. I'll definitely hire them for more work in the future.

Work was great but advertising misleading. Not two ours of work. They consider two people for one hour to be two hours of work.

They came in a did the job. They were here 5 minutes before the appointment was going to start. They were very friendly, took care of business in about an hour and were on their way.

After placing order, received email from contractor quickly introducing self. He answered the phone when I called for follow up and gave me options for visit. Showed up when expected. The guys worked quickly and professionally, completing what needed to be done. Ceiling fan looks great. Excellent clean up. This was my first purchase from offers section of Angie's List and was great experience. Recommended contractor.

It went fine - there was a small additional charge for extra time. He was prompt and no problems at all. I was not there but my husband was and was pleased with the work done.

Ok. He didn't have the tools he needed. There were two men -- one who worked and one who watched!!

Ralph and Vince did an outstanding piece of detective work in finding the problem and solving it. I would recommend them to anyone. Can't say enough about the great job they did. Took two hours.
