As a local Masonry contractor for 25 years it's very refreshing to deal with another contractor who not only shows up when he said he would but went above and beyond to perform the work needed. A wind storm brought down trees, a utility pole and all associated wiring with it...Rich was the first to respond and show up (and that includes the utility companies)..he was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise dismal situation. One utility company I won't name took almost 3 weeks to respond)...with that said I would recommend Rich and his crew highly. I have since referred him to a few of my customers for custom electrical work. All had favorable results. 👍👍👍

Rich and Vince did an excellent work installing a new subpanel and several 220 and 110 lines in my garage. Mounted a small 220V 30amp heater on the ceiling. Highly recommend and will use again for future electrical work.

We had a great experience with Rich! We had our electric updated in our home and he was quick to respond and gave us a quote immediately. He arrived on time a few days later and was very professional. I don’t have much experience with home/electric and rich explained everything that I needed and made me feel very comfortable with the work that needed completed. Spent a half hour on the phone with him discussing the problem, and set up an appointment for him to come by and give a quote. When the day came, he totally blew me off-- never called to change the day, or tell me he wasn't coming, so I sat around all morning waiting. When I called him finally, he told me he forgot and hadn't gotten out of bed yet.

Perfectly. Mr. Apolito visited the site to view the job. He was on time and well informed about the type of work I needed done. He provided a proposal at a reasonable price. The job included installation of some specialized equipment that I intended to supply and which had to be purchased from vendors in California and New Jersey. Once all of the equipment was in hand, I contacted Mr. Apolito and we made an appointment to make the installation. Mr. Apolito and his partner was actually about 15 minutes early for the appointment. They set to work immediately and worked the job to completion, just short of 2 hours. They then cleaned up the work site and made sure I was happy with the work. The work was done quickly, efficiently and in a professional way. I am happy with the results of this job and I would definitely hire Mr. Apolito again.

Rich and Vinny have performed several electrical jobs for us. We are planning on having them come back to replace/rewire our electrical boxes this year 1. Scheduling and punctuality - we have always been able to get scheduled within a week or two for these big jobs - they are always on time and use their time well on the job 2. Professional - they are very professional and offer good advice on the job (we had picked out the wrong under cabinet lighting and Rich was able to tell us exactly what to get... size, type, etc) and it looked amazing when finished. They clean up everything nicely after the job is completed. Very friendly and personable. 3. Quality of work - we have had many different electricians do work at our house over the years - they produce a high quality of work and are very knowledgable with up to date smart systems and wiring

With any house from the 1970's, electrical surprises tend to appear, most often with unique electrical solutions. The shed power shortage proved no exception, with "craft" or "backwoods" solutions involving plastic bags and duct tape. Rich assessed the situation with his assistance, providing both education and recommended next steps. Rich and his team arrived 15 minutes early on Monday morning. Very professional while trying to find the root cause of the issue. Had to replace some tubing to and house assembly. Will need wait for a heavy rain to see if this solved the issue. If not Rich said he would make it a priority to determine next steps

This was an Angies-List offer for hours of labor. They came and did a workmanlike job on my list. I'd hire them again - especially if they have an attractive offer again. :-)

The service was great, very professional, and completed in a timely manner. After testing the lights, light switches, and outlets in the master bedroom, he determined that the issue I was having was likely caused by bad circuit breaker in the electricity panel. He ran to Lowe’s to pick up a new one for me and installed it. It did the trick, no more sudden power outages in the bedroom! I plan to call him back to install a ceiling fan and a couple of hanging lights. I would definitely recommend Rich and his fellow electrician who works beside him. They make a great team.

From the start, everything was straight forward and well done. Rich came by to give me an estimate for 2 exterior wall mounted lights and a pole light. The price was fair and reasonable. When Rich and his fellow electrician arrived (10 minutes early) the following Friday to do the work, I asked them if they could do an additional wall mount light around the back of my house, but it actually ended up being two additional lights. Rich was kind, patient courteous and agreed to do the additional work. The work done was EXCELLENT and efficient. We were so impressed, my wife and I discussed additional work that we need done with Rich and will be using him again. I recommend these guys if you need anything done. They were great to work with from start to finish. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Left a message and he called back within a half hour. He was able to come the next day to install the dryer receptacle and do the associated work for a dryer hook up. He came on time and promptly did the work. The amount paid was what he estimated by phone. Very nice. He’s my new electrician!

-Removed 3 florescent light fixtures -Checked ceiling for safety issues, found and repaired one live uncapped wire -Installed 14 new canned LED fixtures mix drywall and drop ceiling -His assistant was equally professional.

Called Rich because our lamp post at the front of our house fell over. The pole had rotted. Rich and his co-worker came to our house promptly, dug out the concrete from the old pole, and re-wired and re-set a new pole. Also took the time to answer some questions/concerns with other electrical issues in the home. Very happy with professionalism and service. Price included labor and cost of materials. Rich drove to local store to purchase the new lamp post and did not mark up that cost.

Rich and Vinny showed up early as usual and wasted no time getting started. They worked in a very efficient and professional manner and were a pleasure to have in my home. They even let me watch and ask questions so I could learn what they were doing. I'll have them back for my next few projects for sure.

could not fix simple issue... had another company out next day who fixed it quickly and easily...

Terrible. Owner Rich was 2 hours late showing up and never called to advise of the delay. When we mentioned it to him he made some excuse about texting the wrong customer. He spent 4 hours trying to figure out the electrical issue but never did. He went on to replace 8 outlets that we never had any problems with and still had no idea the cause of the outage. He then suggested coming back another day to start making holes in the walls in the room to try to figure out the cause (which he added would be a very expensive job) or suggested that he could hook together 2 white wires that would allow the power to be on in the rooms. I questioned if this would comply with building code and he said no but that he did it in his assistant's mother's house and no one would know. After 4 hours he hooked the 2 wires up and said if we changed our mind and wanted him to come back and start knocking out holes in the wall he could come back . I was quite concerned that a so called professional would suggest a makeshift solution especially regarding an electrical issue that would not be within code. He charged us $480.00 and kept stating he was giving us a real discount. He does not take any credit cards only cash or check. He did not provide any receipt and when we called him later for the receipt he emailed a very general receipt with the total and no explanation of what was performed. We called another electrician from Angies list who diagnosed and repaired the problem in 1 hour. We have been using Angie's list for all household issues and have never felt so taken advantage of nor subjected to such poor business manner .

Very pleased with the quality of work, the price as well as the attitude and personality of Rich and his partner. Very nice guys who were professional, efficient and friendly. I have a significantly larger project in the near future and I will be calling Rich.
