Description of Work: Used the location on Washington (Rt 19). They replaced cracked safety, low-e glass in sliding door. Install estimate was "by Christmas" so the early December install date was much appreciated. Looks great, and we would use Rex again. We only called Rex, so I can't speak to price value.

Description of Work: I needed a tall glass panel custom cut for a storm door. I checked all around for places to do the work, and no one wanted it until I called Rex. They took the frame, cut tempered glass to fit and sealed it. The work was well done, and all the staff was courteous.

Description of Work: Rex Glass installed a glass shower door. They were very helpful in the showroom and also at my house when choosing from all the options they offer. I requested the door to be in by a certain date and they were up front about everything that needed to happen in the timeline in order to meet the date. But they were successful in getting it in on time! | |The installers were very professional and worked quickly but with quality. I have glass tile and they were able to drill into the wall without any damage to my tile. | |I also had them put a backing on a frameless mirror so I could hang it without hardware showing. The mirror turned out great.

 + -1 moreOUR INITIAL CONTACT WITH REX GLASS WAS SUE. SHE CAME TO OUR HOME TO LOOK AT THE PROJECT, ALTHOUGH SMALL, AND GAVE US HER OPINION ON HOW TO ACHIEVE A CUSTOM LOOK FOR OUR BATHROOM MIRROR. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE IN A TIMELY MANNER. SHE CALLED WITH THE INFORMATION WE NEEDED EARLIER THAN ANTICIPATED. THE GENTLEMAN WHO DID THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION WAS ALSO PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, COURTEOUS AND TIMELY IN THE COMPLETION OF OUR SMALL PROJECT. THE TECHNICIAN CUT DOWN THE MIRROR TO A SMALLER SIZE AND ATTACHED A BORDER GIVING THE LOOK OF A MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE BEVELED GLASS MIRROR TO THE BATHROOM. INSTEAD OF THE USUAL CONTRACTOR LOOK OF COVERING THE ENTIRE WALL ABOVE THE SINK WITH A SOLID SHEET OF MIRROR, THE NEW TREATMENT HAS GIVEN THE SAME BATHROOM A MORE DETAILED CUSTOMIZED AND FINISHED LOOK. ALL PERSONS INVOLVED IN THIS PROJECT, FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE INSTALLER WERE PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, PROMPT AND PERSONABLE TO OUR FAMILY.

THEY DIDN'T TRY TO PRESSURE US INTO REPLACING THE ENTIRE WINDOW WHEN ALL WE NEEDED TO KEEP OUT THE COLD WAS NEW GLASS. THEY GOT HERE QUICKLY IN THE DEAD OF WINTER, DID THE JOB, AND LEFT THE PLACE AS CLEAN AS WHEN THEY ARRIVED.
