Rex came out and measured window and sent us the estimate of cost by e-mail the next day. We accepted price given for replacement for not only the two panels but all four. (There was no sales pitch or pressure when asked to cost all four windows). A week later another tech came out to re-measure windows for exact size and confirm previous measurements. We were told it would take about 6-8 wks. for the windows, but actually it only took four. Called us as they had a cancellation and asked if we would like them to come sooner, which we said definitely. Came exact time was told and finished the replacements in less than two hrs. The service tech’s (Tony & Brandon) were great and had wonderful personalities, and even took off their shoes! The replacements went great and I can not say enough about the actual service itself as they were awesome. Professionals for sure and great price! I highly recommend this company from beginning to end, you will not be sorry. As a added comment, Barb in office was fabulous and a great personality and very nice!

Rex Glass is my GO-TO glass company! I trust them implicitly. They are fast and reasonable priced. My first experience with them was after calling several other companies, one of which had no clue what they were doing, and the others who were too busy or did not service my area. Rex removed the window pane busted by my son (baseball) from a second floor window, and came back to install the replacement within a few days (faster than promised, and on a Saturday). The next time I needed them, my son had busted another pane on the first floor (with a rake), and I removed the frame myself and took it in. It was ready in a few days, glazed and ready to roll. Will use them again, which I'm sure will eventually become necessary as long as my son lives at home.

Rex installed a custom shower door today and I love it. During the process of measuring it was discovered that the actual shower needed some work to make it ready for the door, and although I was anxious for it to be completed, they wouldn't take the final measure until the shower was ready for installation because they couldn't guarantee the door would fit. It cost me another couple of weeks but it was the right decision. After the final measure it took a little over two weeks for installation. Bill was prompt, professional and did a beautiful job.

Work was completed promptly and with no mess. Excellent work done by installer who worked for the company.

Overall my experience was great! From the initial stages to the installation everyone at Rex was very helpful and professional. Our shower turned out beautiful, we are so happy with it. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Very well. They came and measured, then quickly installed after replacement glass came prior to estimated availability dated. Had used them previously and had equally as good service and value.

Rex Glass had done other work in our home previously, so we knew to expect work of the highest quality. Their installers are prompt and do excellent work. We've never had a negative experience with them and we highly recommend them. We used their South Hills store, which is located in McMurray (Peters Twp).

They came out measured the opening and made glass for a perfect fit. The installation went very well. The installers were very good and the job completed in one hour.

They were very punctual, came to house quickly, were very professional. Did what they said they would do--fixed the window with new glass and installed it on a timely basis.

It went really well from start to finish. Carol is great!! I decided not to have the plastic strip installed on the free edge of the door and I am not too thrilled with the gap between the free edge of the door and the side panel against which it closes. I was expecting it to closer. Water drops do escape from this gap. But it is beautiful and extremely well done otherwise.

Rex Glass came and measured my existing windows two separate times for accuracy and then ordered and installed ten large trapezoid shaped custom windows.They did an absolutely wonderful job, all the employees were great and the product is even better.

I contacted REX online and received a follow-up call within 2 business days. The quote was done while I was at work and was very quick. Service was completed within 10 days of quote, also while I was at work. The glass looks good, but there were pieces of glass and also mess from around the casement dropped and left on my sidewalk.

Scheduled to be completed Monday,September 30.

I really liked him. He was very professional, showed up on time, and wasn't pushy. I haven't done the work yet because I had other work around the house to do first.

This is the second time I have used Rex Glass to do my shower doors for me. They are so easy to deal with, flexible, accommodating and they have excellent workmanship. I had a whole bathroom gutted, a tile shower put in. Rex came in and fitted in the shower glass and it looked beautiful. I then realized that the contractor had messed up, and the entire shower floor needed to be re-tiled. So I called up Rex and they were quick to schedule an uninstall for me, and equally as quick to re-install when I was ready. I will continue to use them again for future projects, and cannot recommend them enough.

Service techs were very friendly and professional. Overall a great experience with everyone, including sales staff.

They were some of the best when it came to being on time and doing what they say they are going to do so far. The price is not the strong point but as it normally goes you pay for what you get.
