Fantastic from start to finish. Out of five reputable companies that bid the job, Restano was the only one that came up with a plan that was unintrusive and did not require a lenghtly job with tons of mess and clean-up. Everything went smoothly - you can't go wrong hiring this company.

They come every spring and fall. I think it's 125 a year for the fall and spring combined, the heating and air. The price is fine. I recommend them.

Their punctuality was fine and they were on time. I would recommend them.

It went very well, that's why I continue to use them -- mostly because I trust them. I don't trust many plumbers. I also had a sink that was clogged up and they came immediately and took care of that. I have been using them for years.

Excellent, the guys were right on time to start the job. They came in and game planned what they needed to do to get the new system installed. All of my questions were answered and they were friendly and professional. Once installed they explained everything about how to use the new system. I am very pleased with the new system so far and how quiet it is compared to the old one. The system was expensive but I knew it would be because it is a very energy efficient system. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Restano has a great reputation for service,

I sent a message via Angies List after 8 AM. when they opened. No return message. I called and spoke to a woman who said she was helping the receptionist with the calls. I gave her my name, phone number, address and the nature of my problem which was NO A/C. They never called back. I called later in the day. Several hours later John, the A/C tech came and fixed the problem. He wasted no time in telling what was wrong and replaced the defective part. He was professional and courteous. Price is comparable to other places.

Horrible. 1st tech was unprofessional in many ways that I wish not to document. He closed a few registers and cleaned my AC unit without my acknowledgement and I was charged. 2nd tech was worse. He took the air temp in all of the rooms and closed a damper and said he doesn't know what else to do besides buying a $5k separate unit. I had to schedule weeks in advance because of their availability, which I didn't know they were backed up until after I had already purchased a coupon on line from Angie's List.

Terrible. Blew off my 1st appt made me wait 4 hrs for nothing. Came and changed filter. Said i needed 1lb of freon. Charged me $250.00 for freon. So visit filter and 1lb of freon was over $420.00. Because they blew off first appt i had no time to get alternate company as i was leaving town and had house/pet sitter. Rip off! Sent email with my displeasure and waited two weeks for response before I placed this review.... No response! Surprise!

Excellent. Installed two indoor vent units. One unit was easy as it was directly above where the outside unit was. Other indoor vent for front bedroom was difficult as had to run the line and tubing up through a closet ceiling, under attic floor boards and then outside the house and then down to the outside unit. This indoor vent uses a pump to pump the condensation up to through the attic lines and then out of the house. Everything is very quiet, even the pump as it is inside the closet. For an old house with poor air flow to the upper floor, a mini split system cannot be beat and we are so glad we bought this system.

Everything was great! When the work was complete, Andy brought me pictures - on his phone since I had a broken foot and unable to observe his work. I thought that was going above and beyond.

If I could give Restano plumbing at A+ rating I would! I called them at 3pm when I couldn't get the knob on the stationary tub to turn off. It had been finicky, but this time it just kept spinning. I could get it down to a slow stream, but the only way to turn it off was to shut off our main water supply. After calling other providers and being told no one could come out until the next day, I called Restano. The lady whom I spoke with understood the urgency of my situation and immediately put my mind at ease when she said they could send someone out that evening. At 6pm the service provider called to say he was on his way and arrived within 10 minutes. He placed a cap on the line, so that I could turn the water back on. He said my faucet needed replaced and they would call me in the morning to set up a time. The next morning they called me and said they could send someone out that afternoon. I mentioned we had purchased a new kitchen faucet but hadn't had time to install it yet. They said they might be able to do that, but it depended on the time. Then Restano called me to say when the service provider was on his way. He replaced the basement faucet and even had time to do the kitchen sink. Everyone whom I encountered at Restano Plumbing was extremely professional and nice! They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and I truly appreciated that! I would use them again and again and again!!

Scheduled a couple of days after I signed the proposal. Arrived at 7:00am the day of installation and had finished by 3:00pm. Everything was very professionally done. Explained how everything worked. I am very happy with the whole experience. Mike Restano gave me a number of options and was very helpful in answering questions. I would definitely try Restano for electric and plumbing service after the great HVAC experience.

It turned out that our air conditioning unit could not be saved. That said, the company respond appropriately with a fair quote for a new unit.

When we first called, Mike was very quick to come out and give us an estimate, and then scheuled the work to be done promptly. They came on march 9 and installed the line. It required moving our decorative stone etc , digging a trech and installing the line. Bill from Restano did an exceptionaly neat job. In fact when he was done , you would never know how much dirt and stone he had to move and replace. Overall this was a very high quality job done very professionally.

Restano was perfect! They were prompt, effective and patient to answer all of our questions. We have used them before for a valve on our water heater, and will call them again if another need arises.

The GOOD: I appreciated the technicians quick response on a Sunday (1/10) and him coming out promptly. I also appreciated that when he left for the day he gave us two space heaters. The next afternoon, he came back, did the repair in ten minutes, and left. The BAD : THE PRICE, QUOTING and CUSTOMER Service. I had an even longer explanation but I'll try to keep it simple. The repair was very easy. I could've done it myself in the same amount of time they did it, but I wanted a professional, and I am willing to pay the associated cost of having a professional do it. In total, troubleshooting and replacing the part took 45 minutes. All online pricing says this repair should range from from $125-$175 depending on complexity. The price of $258 was never quoted to us, even though they were supposed to call and tell us before they came back the following day, and had they done that, I would not have moved forward. They just showed up to do the repair and I wasn't home so my wife just let them do it as she assumed it was all arranged properly. We had also asked about getting the furnace cleaned, possibly at the same time which would've been more business for them, but since they didn't call before coming back or bring it up, it didn't happen. (although we asked about it twice). They later said it is their policy to provide a quote before any work is done, but again, that did not happen. They just randomly showed up at the house, without calling, to finish the repair. Luckily someone was home on a Monday afternoon but it was quite startling for my wife as she was home alone. When the bill was provided, the technician credited us incorrectly and couldn't explain the charge breakdown. My wife then called the following day, 1/12, to speak with the service manager to better understand the pricing. No one called us back that day or the next few days as they said they would, so I called 1/15. Someone called me back later that day, but when I returned the call he wasn't available. No one called back again so I had to call 1/18 in the afternoon. Service manager still wasn't available so they put me in touch with someone else. This is now a week later. That person that I spoke with said they didn't have the paperwork. They would look into it and call me back. They didn't. I called the next afternoon. He said he would have the manager call me back that afternoon. He didn't. He didn't the next day either. I had to call the following day, 1/21, then they finally called me back that afternoon, and it still wasn't the service manager. This is now 10 days after the original repair. He said they charge a flat rate no matter how long the job takes. They also made a mistake in the math regarding the Angie's list $25 discount. They said that the owner would call me back to discuss this because by their math I should only receive $5 back. Here is the breakdown: $258 was the total, minus the $25 discount, is $233. I paid $74 on Sunday + $189 on Monday, so I should receive a $30 refund. Whenever I called they said the owner was aware and would call me back. They said this for over a week. They told me he is busy, which I understand, I am busy too, but it would be less than a five minute call, and at this point, it had been over 3 weeks since the actual repair. I didn't just want to talk to him about the refund, I wanted to provide feedback, but he never called. The service manager just left a VM saying they would give me the rest of the refund. I think they did this just so I would stop calling, not because it was correct, and the owner never called to address these issues and my concerns. This took me an additional 13 days to resolve and a lot of wasted time. I know I'm picky. I know I called many times, but the answers I received and the refund should've taken them a couple days to address, not 25 days from the date of the repair. I think most people would not be happy with these responses And, one -size- pricing doesn't fit all, so be careful of that as I think several companies operate that way. They said their pricing is fair, but I think you could easily find someone to do this repair for a lot less...especially if the charge is done hourly. They seem like nice people, but the business side just wasn't done well in all aspects outside of the repair itself. Thanks.

Excellent job as always. I have used Restano in the past and have found them to be very good. Responsive, nice service people, excellent work and a fair price.

Our heater was not working a few days before Christmas and when our out of town guests were due to arrive. Restano's was quick to respond! They were professional and courteous when I called to schedule, as was the gentleman, Mike, who was sent to our house. He was friendly, polite and eager to help. He showed me how to change the filters, explained why the system was not working, and ran an overall diagnostics check. While I Mike was here, he also checked our humidifier and got it back up and running. I was so pleased with Restano, as well as with Mike, I inquired about and signed up for their yearly maintenance program. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Left message over the weekend. Got a call Monday morning and they scheduled me and had someone at the house before noon. John was the technician who came to the house-- very professional and cordial; thorough and efficient in his work. I've used Restano at least two other times and have had consistently good experience with their level of service and professionalism.

We have an older home with radiant heating and no ductwork. We decided to go with a high-velocity cooling system. After quoting a number of HVAC companies, Restano was BY FAR the company I trusted the most. The sales guy, Brian, came to our house, spent almost an hour walking through and discussing options and how the system would work and within 24 hours provided us with a quote. This may be a minor detail but Restano was the only company who showed up in a uniform. They were wearing the Carrier polos and jackets and made me feel like they were truly professional. Anyways,we signed the next week and scheduled the new system to be put in 3 weeks later. We had our system installed during the winter months (non busy season) and they even offered us a winter discount! The crew showed up on time each morning and worked a full day. It took a full 5 days to complete. The installation was virtually mess-less. I had a little vacuuming to do here and there but the whole high velocity system is amazing and Restano knows how to install the product nicely. Installers Paul and John were friendly and informative about what they were doing the entire time. Paul walked me through the whole system before he left and made sure everything was working great. It was! I'll let you know how well it cools in the summer time when we kick it on for longer periods of time (right now its 20 degrees out). Overall I would recommend Restano, Brian, Paul and John for any job. They were great to work with! Thank you!

The cleaning result was excellent. It was loud when furnace started, now it is very quiet.

Provider came on time, and did the work with a short explanation of furnace issues. No problems at all with work, would use again.

I called the office around 12:30, the person told me that someone could be out today before 4pm. An hour later I got a call that a tech would be by in about 1/2 hour. He arrived and was very courteous and professional. He checked out the furnace, told me what he suspected was the problem and gave me a price and asked if that was okay before proceeding. I liked that, to avoid sticker shock. He was done and now I have heat again. I was apprehensive about calling on a larger company, but was extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend these guys. Oh yea, he even put a new furnace filter in that I had laying around.

On time,professional explained the service done. Very good.

I have to contacted Angie's and asked if they don't do their work as promised then what is use of using Angie's for. Way over 30dsy's since I made an appointment in October with them so they don't refund. This is way bitter experience than I would take.
