They are very late in the seasons with the inspections. They come on one day and forget something so they have to make another trip the next day. They take a long block of time with scheduling.

They completed the work in 1.5 days and got our Gas on again.

The work Restano Plumbing Heating & Cooling has always been of the highest quality and this installation was the same. The installers first explained the work that was to be performed. When the work was completed they reviewed everything with me to make sure I understood how the new system worked. They were very neat in that drop cloths were placed on the floor and any remaining materials left were swept. The old furnace was also removed.

They did an excellent job. They were great.

The repairmen were friendly and professional and got my furnace running in a very short amount of time.

We've used Restano for quite a while and they've been quite decent. They do our annual A/C and furnace service and they've done other HVAC and plumbing tasks for us and they've done very well. They were recommended to us by previous condo owners but there is only one Restano. The annual costs are in the neighborhood of 150 bucks and the installation was about $1600 or $1700.

They've always been good. If they haven't been I would have switched.

I think it was about maybe $4000. For me to put the price down, I don't really remember. Somebody might look at it and say "wow, gee that seems expensive". I know it was something like that because I had to pay it off. They had a one year no interest, so I had to pay it off in that year or else I would have to pay the interest. I love Restano, I've been using them for years for maintaining my equipment. They get an A straight through. They're reliable, responsible, very professional, and enjoyable to do business with.

Their service tech was very prompt, professional, and explained very well what was causing the leak with the system and what needed to happen. I thought that the price was a bit high for the repair, but they did waive the service fee because a repair was needed. Overall, I had a very good experience with them and would call them again.

I pay $431. The service men that come out are nice and if it seems like it's a very thorough inspection, they take the whole thing apart, they clean everything, they look at it, so I sort of follow them around while they are here.

The first installation of the system was done incorrectly by their technicians. When it was first turned on, the circuit boards in the units were fried because they had crossed the wires. They were signed on to install the system before we moved in during the summer. At first they told me they wouldn't be able to fix it until the following week – but after I called them a number of times and protested, they finally sent someone out with replacement parts. Every technician that visited the house was unfamiliar with the unit (they all said it was too new and they hadn't worked with it before...) The system finally worked after about two weeks of off-and-on visits. But that lasted only about two months, and then we started getting a system error... again, because it had been hooked up incorrectly. It took another 3 visits before a technician was able to fix it. Their phone-support is generally good, and they were promptly on time every time I scheduled an appointment. It just seems like their tech guys aren't trained on the units that they are actually selling. Despite asking for some of the labor costs back, Restano never compensated me for the lost time, half-dozen visits, or broken machinery. I don't know that I would use them again (except to maintain these units that I paid a lot of money for). Disappointing stuff.

Fine - knowledgeable repair tech, saved money over a full replacement. Got to work right away and repaired on the spot.

They never came or called! I called at 3:45 and asked if they forgot about me. She had no record of my name or appointment. No more Restano for me; I had cancelled a doctor's appointment for the furnace appointment. I made an appointment with another company that I know is reliable.
