Description of Work: They Re spliced wires for AC. I bought a furnace and AC on March 9 2015, the AC did not work when I turned it on. I called them at 6:45pm on 5-7-15 they arrived in 45 min. and were done in one hour. I was pleased with the service.

They were quick and friendly. They went out of their way to not disturb any of my property or track dirt through the house (on a rainy day). I'm very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They were called to service a continuous hot water/radiant floor heater. It did not go well. The service provider was unfamiliar with my system therefore was unable to fix the system. However, he did give me an estimate for several thousand dollars for a new system to replace my system.

Sometimes they go beyond requirements (for example moving a drain line - an improvement I had not requested before hand. Their price for our combined package is competitive.

Probably more an administrative oversight, then a real issue with this company. Restrano is probably one of the best, or better, then most others to be honest. You get what you pay for with them.

Description of Work: I bought a groupon for a furnace clean and check. When I called to make the appointment, the first available time was over 6 weeks later....which was disappointing. But once they did get there, everything went very well. It took about an hour. The technician was very polite and professional and checked everything out. Since the groupon was for a clean and check, I was a bit surprised that they did not have a clean filter to install. They just showed me where the filter went and I had to go buy it and install it myself.
