Description of Work: I had water coming through the ceiling from the air handler in the attic. The $59.00 was just the service call. He replaced the fitting on the drain hose and replaced the hose. Didn't charge anything over the service chg. very nice guy, knew what he was doing, arrived on time, was done in 40 minutes. Highly recommend Restano!

Description of Work: They replaced a part on an older boiler. The part wasn't right at first, but he came back with part. Very hardworking, it took a while but it got us through that winter. |

Description of Work: Came and serviced our ac. Needed part covered by warranty. Problem was the part came in but they couldn't return to install it for two more weeks. Wouldn't care normally but my young son gets sick at night if he's too hot and we had a few nights that were just too warm for him. I explained this to Restanos but they wouldn't fit us in any earlier.

Description of Work: Restano replaced a failed electronic air filter and redesigned the surrounding duct work to accommodate use of a conventional air filter. | |The actual work was great. Responsiveness and communication could have been better. I had to call three times to get the work scheduled after getting an estimate; they had issues finding the estimate. The work also had to be rescheduled once, and I didn't find out until I called to see what was going on after the start of the original appointment.

Description of Work: Restano installed two new A/C and Heater units (one for the upstairs and another for the downstairs). The people at the office (salesman, scheduling personnel, etc.) were always professional and customer focused. The installation team arrived exactly when they said the would arrive and finished the job in two days as promissed, even though they had to work in a large rainstorm on the second day to finish. They were not the lowest bidder, though they were very close -- within $400 of the lowest bidder. Though not the lowest, they were honest competed for my business. I would hire them again.
