Description of Work: Very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. I plan on using Restano for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs in the future.

Description of Work: I got 4 quotes for a new furnace and AC. Brian reaponded To the my initial call the same day I called. He was on time for the estimate visit. He was courteous and informative. Through the process, I emailed and called Brian several times for more information. Each time he was just as informative and professional. The final price was quoted for a new furnace and AC. Restano was able to schedule the install next day. Brian and Paul were my installers. They showed up early, worked continuously, and cleaned up like they had never been there.

Description of Work: We thought he would be there in the morning but got there around noon. He spent 20 minutes, checked out the furnace left. We have used them before and liked them. They usually spent an hour checking things out and tuning up the furnace. This time we took advantage of the coupon from Angie's List. |The technician tried to accommodate the fact that we had to be somewhere so he spent little time there and we felt that we got half a job since he had to rush. |Disappointing

Description of Work: Replaced main stack that was cracked from garage to second floor. Very knowledgeable and professional. Came in the first time, identified the issue, gave me an estimate. I immediately scheduled the repair for an available time. They completed the repair in the scheduled time and I have had no water problem since.

Description of Work: Restano checked and clean my boiler, which had a lot more dirt and debris than I ever expected. The technician arrived on time and, though the work was fast, he was very thorough. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Installed a new oil boiler and had issues with it not working. They kept at it until they found a leak in the oil line and after the lines and tank were replaced, came back on a Saturday to hook everything up.

Description of Work: Cleaned and checked boiler. Tech was professional prompt and answered all questions. The "office" was a bit of a pain to get questions answered and appointment scheduled.

Description of Work: Installed combo furnace\AC system. Went well. No problems and I was offering to buy the guys lunch when they said they would be done in a few minutes. As far as I can tell, they did a great job.

Description of Work: I was originally scheduled to have the furnace cleaned for $80 with an Angie's List coupon which I paid for at the time I booked the service call. However, when the service technician inspected the furnace, he told me there was a serious safety issue, and he would have to shut the furnace off for my own safety. He said if I turned it back on again |Restano's could not be held responsible for anything that might happen. The furnace was leaking a dangerous level of carbon monoxide! In addition to that he said the gas did not shut off when the furnace was not on but was running constantly due to the fact that all the safety switches had been disconnected. When I asked what he meant he showed me a jumble of disconnected wires. I wanted to have the new furnace installed asap since I knew it would be getting cold in the next couple days. The technician was able to make arrangements for it to be installed at 8:00 am the following day. The following day 2 Restano's trucks were at my house promptly at 8:00 am. I am extremely satisfied with the installation, the furnace, and the technicians were very polite and professional. I am very happy and relieved that I have a new furnace as this could have been a very dangerous situation as I had no idea there was anything wrong or that it was leaking carbon monoxide. Also, the $80 I had previously paid to have the furnace cleaned was applied to the price of the new furnace.
