+ -1 moreMike was on time and professional. Looked at the old boiler, the baseboard on the 1st floor, the radiators on the second and explained the new Weil McLain Ultra system in great detail. Mike made sure I understood what I was getting and how it was going to be installed. It was a two-day install and the workers were at the house between 9am and 3pm both days. The system was installed just as Mike had explained. The workers were polite, professional, did an excellent job at installing the system, cleaned up very well after they were done, and made sure all my questions were answered about the new system before leaving. I noticed a drip in one of the joints a week later and it was fixed the next day. All phone calls were answered promptly. I would highly recommend them for anyone replacing an old boiler.

THE OFFICE STAFF GAVE AN EXTRA EFFORT TO FIND THE RIGHT UNIT AT A NEARBY DEALER SO THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT TWO WEEKS TO GET ONE FROM THE FACTORY. THE INSTALLERS SHOWED UP ON TIME, WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND LEFT THE AREA IN GOOD SHAPE.
