I've been using them for 10 years, probably 5 or 6 years since we've lived here. They service us every 6 months.

Restano is a fantastic company in all respects. Every employee we've ever worked with has been very professional, friendly, and helpful. They provide an honest assessment of the situation and offer a range of options for addressing the issue, with no pressure to choose any particular offering. They are punctual for appointments, work hard, and their prices are very reasonable. We recommend them to all our friends and neighbors and will continue to use their services whenever we have a need they are able to address.

The crew was professional, punctual and skilled. We deal with a lot of contractors on various house rehab projects and though the quote on this job was not the lowest, we felt they offered the best product and installation team, and we were not disappointed. This was a big job and they sent out the supplies and resources to get it done in a timely manner. They made intelligent decisions and alterations as the project progressed. Will definitely turn to this team in the future.

They do a thorough job and everything runs well when they leave. Their technicians are good and we are very satisfied with them over all. There prices are good.

Went well-some extra cost on expansion tank, this was not discused on phone call-High price for water Heater Only reason answered no to "would you hire again" would be price-I would shop around

The whole process went very well. One of their technicians came out promptly to fix the boiler. He was very professional and went above and beyond what we paid him for. I will definitely use them again. They don't work with Columbia gas in Pittsburgh. So if you have a gas issue with them, look for someone else. Other than that, we like their service.

It went well. He was easy going and professional.

The serviceperson who came out did a great job, giving it a thorough look-over, oiling it and giving me a detailed list of DIY maintenance, and things to pay attention to in case it may need repair in the future. He also showed me how to bleed the radiators, and personally went through and got them all bled and ready. He also oiled the boiler, and left a small oil bottle for me to do once a year as he prescribed. Since the system was in good order, he could have just taken the fee and done very little, but instead I greatly appreciated the time he took to walk me through the details of the system and help me become a more knowledgeable and capable homeowner. Thank you!

It was good. It took about an hour. They cleaned up okay.

They were very nice, they just couldn't service me at the time.

Everybody was to expensive and there was another company that was a little better in terms of service as far explaining things.

It went well. The tech showed up on time, was professional, and completed his job in under an hour.

They are very good and they remind me every year it is time to do the furnace and air check. They do that for me. They are good guys. They always run a special so that is when they call me. Which is nice because they could call me when they aren't running a special and charge me more. The pricing is very reasonable.

They had the best price. I called someone else and these guys were a $1000 cheaper for the same unit. They arrived on time, completed and left in a day. The workers were very professional and neat. They cleaned up. Two people came to do the work and it took about 4-5 hours to complete. They left the area clean. I think the private company's prices are better than chain stores. There isn't as much overhead.

The same guy came out to do the work. The problem was that they had to wait for the part to come in. I don’t know if I am judging their parts supplier or them on punctuality. They seem reliable and confident. The workers were the same.

Both jobs were completed on time and on budget, with quality workmanship completed by knowledgeable professionals. Support staff and scheduling assistance from the office were terrific to work with too.

Went well. Prompt and professional. I did pay a premium for filters over what I could have purchased myself. Otherwise, I was happy with service

Michael gave the estimate. There were issues with some of the insulation and he came out personally and corrected them. The staff was very conscientious, neat and addressed any and all issues quickly.

The plumber returned and moved the pipe into the wall in a we are very pleased, stoves is so much closer but now I need to replace a plug to get the stove against the wall later job. We purchased a maintenance agreement with Restano (they replaced our furnace and A/C two years ago and so we received a 15 % discount on other services Restano does. We also had the water line to our Refrigerator installed a week later

I don’t really and anything to compare the price to. Just one person came out. It took about 45 minutes to an hour. They left the area clean. I rated them an “A” because I have been using them. They are reliable. I think they’re honest and they don’t try to take advantage of you. I have good history with them.
