We went with them, because they were close to us. I also really liked the man that gave us the estimate. He wasn't pushy and answered all my questions. One thing I did not like was when the workers came they didn't give me a new base, the old base was rusty. When I asked the worker, he said it was in the work order. A good thing was the AC was making noises, and they fixed the blower on the furnace that was causing this for free. They come right away when you need them. We are happy with them.

They did a very good job in terms of keeping me informed of what they were going to do and how the job was going to be done. The people that came to the house was super. They made sure they did not get any dirt in the house. They cleaned up after themselves. They did not leave anything behind. They explained to me as they were doing the job what they were doing and why they were doing what they were doing. I was pretty happy with them. They were on the spot. We will do an annual maintenance contract with them after the first year.

My old heating and cooling system was 18 years old and needed to be replaced. Upon looking up contractors in heating and cooling on Angie's List, I decided to have at least three estimates before making a final decision. I called Restano for an appointment for the estimate. The office staff was very efficient and called me back immediately to confirm appointment for the estimate. Brian arrived on time and began to measure and make recommendations to me regarding a brand to meet my needs for my home. I decided upon a Carrier at that time. Brian was very knowledgeable, took his time, and answered all questions relating to the unit and installation. I made the decision to have Restano due to the excellent reports on Angie's list, as well as the company's reputation and years in the business. The price Brian quoted me was fair and I knew I had made the right decision. He called the office at that time and had a date set up that was convenient for me for the installation. On Thursday, May 30 Don and his assistant arrived at my home at 8AM and worked the entire day installing my Carrier heating and cooling unit. Both were great to have in my home, and went about their work in a very professional manner. Both men took their time and explained the functioning of the unit upon completion of the job. They cleaned up the work area with no problem. I would be happy to recommend them to someone who needed work from Restano.

The office staff was very nice and helpful when setting up the appointment. Everything went smoothly. The technician arrived and quickly got to work. It took less than an hour.

The service was good. He was excellent. He was more expensive than others I received bids from but he was well worth the price.

During a routine maintenace check by Restano, it was noted that my furnace was older and ineffecient and would need replacement within a few years. In a few months I lost heat. Restano rsponded quickly to restore heat to my home. During that visit, I requested an estimate for a new system and scheculed an estimate for replacement. Brian arrived as scheduled and worked with me regarding my needs. At that time, I also requested an estimate for a tankless hot water heater. He was also aware of rebates associated with the items. He worked with me on the cost and was even able to credit me with the cost involved with the recent furnace repair. After receiving estimates from other suppliers, I chose Restano for price, quality of furnace and the history of their response to my problems in the past. They arrived as scheduled. Installation of furnace and heat pump and hot water heater went as planned. All emplyees, from the office personnel to the installation crew were professional.. They explained everything. The installation was more than a month ago and I have been VERY pleased with the furnace, heat pump and hot water heater.

Gave us several good options for purchase which were less than the furnace we ended up choosing. Installed the furnace we chose, cleaned up very well, and came back to confirm that something had been done correctly. We would highly recommend them.

The service man was polite, neat, worked quickly, made the suggestion to service the humidifier and explained how to use it.

On a Saturday morning I noticed the furnace was not heating my home. I called Restano heating Co. They are the one company that I always use.They were closed. The answering service took the call. Soon an employee called & came to my home to address the problem. I needed a circuit board. He quoted me a price of $600. He did not have the part. I was without heat for the weekend. Monday morning Restano called me to ay that they had the part & that I was under warranty. This was what I knew to be the case. I had my papers from Carrier. A service man came right out & fixed the furnace. Price, $0 I have always used Restano for several years now to service my furnace & AC. The Ac unit was purchased from them seversl years ago. I purchase a service contract with this company every year. They tune up the furnace & then the return in the spring to tune up my ac.

Restano provided an estimate quickly. Came out the next day to replace my old furnace (which was 45 years old), also installed a new humidifier and air cleaner. They also put in a new flue liner (the old one wasn't up to code anymore). It took them about 8 hours and two men to do the whole job. They were very polite, clean, informative.

OVERALL I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WAS PROVIDED, IT TOOK 1 1/2 DAYS DUE TO THE NATURE OF WORK ,BUT THEY DID NOT LEAVE ME WITHOUT HOT WATER. THE TECHS WERE COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO . THEY ONLY THING I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT, I HAD TO CALL TECH WHEN HE LEFT MY HOME TO GET A RECEIPT AND WHEN HE DROPPED IT OFF , MY JOBS WERE NOT ITEMIZED IN PRICE , JUST GOT TOTAL. EVERYTHING IS STILL RUNNING SMOOTHLY. YES I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN

My furnace broke down on a monday, tuesday night Brian gave me an estimate and they were able to fit me in on friday. They showed up about 8:30am completely removed my old furnace & AC unit and replaced it with a new system and were done by 2:30pm. I was impressed with how efficient they worked as a team, they were professional,courteous, and respectful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any future needs.

Recommended to me by a relative in the area and Angie's List. I live out of state. My tenant called me to tell me of "no heat". I called Restano, they said they were busy but would get there as soon as they could. I gave them a credit card over the phone. The next day the tenant called to say they had heat and thanks for the prompt response. I called Restano to thank them for the prompt response and find out how muchthe service had cost and what work was performed. They couldn't tell me cause the tech hadn't turned in his paperwork. They called back several days later with the information. A repaired and cleaned pilot assembly and a bill for $248.00. I thought that was reasonable, but what I really appreciated was the prompt service and no heating problems since then. A good call.

From estimate to completion of the job, everything was done with consummate professionalism.

I received estimates from 3 professional HVAC companies. One company didn't show up for the appointment and the other was priced $1800 more. Restano was professional, exact in the installation and provided me with all the answers to my questions on how to operate the ac and furnace. Simply the best service provider I have used in my home for the past 10 years.

It was hard to get a quick estimate for our problem---they were booked schedule wise. The initial estimate was $6000 and they wanted to move our washer, dryer, and water heater and excavate the flooring to re-route all the drains. It was in a very small area with hard to reach pipes, etc. When my husband and I were shocked by the estimate my husband suggested a way to re-route without excavation. The plumber said it would work. I would not have the work done if my husband hadn't come up with an alternative. We had to call many times to get a new estimate and to even get the job scheduled. We had to wait a month for the work to be done. The job was done professionally and the new system of drainage is working well. While I am happy with the end result, I would probably get more estimates from other companies the next time. I didn't want to wait so long to get the job done and I felt the first plan was too drastic and costly. I am glad they worked with us to come up with a more affordable workable plan to help our drainage problem.

Restano's service was excellent; they were exactly on time and perfectly professional. The cost was somewhat higher than for other inspections packages, but the work was more thorough, and I think well worth the extra cost.

The job was completed in about two hours and very nicely done. The price was exactly as estimated. I am very happy with the job performed.

Mike has been great. His estimate was competitive and he has stuck to his bid. He spent lots of time with us planning the work, has been very patient in answering our questions, and making sure the A/C system was installed in a way that was compatible with our renovation goals and the limitations of our old house. For example, he worked with us to ensure that the rigid ducting took up minimal space in the rooms and that the pipes for the 3rd floor radiators ran through existing chases and in the ceiling, so we didn't have to add chases. He also came out immediately when the weather got cold to make sure we had heat in the back of the house. The installation of the A/C system progressed fairly quickly and Mike and his team have been great about making return visits to double check things, complete additional tasks, and make small adjustments to the work. We would work with Mike again in the future.

Work was done efficiently and professionally. They answered all my questions without hesitation. Interestingly, they found that the original installation was sloppy at best and probably cost me extra money in gas and electricity for the past 25 years. I have no problem recommending Restano for any of your heating and air conditioning needs.
