The service technician, Bruce, arrived at the beginning of the appointment window, which was refreshing. The service was courteous, thorough, and fast. This service was far more thorough than through another vendor used previously. I would absolutely recommend this vendor.

They were very ignorant. It was terrible. They couldn't come out here for two months on a furnace. Thank God, we had a good winter. They couldn't come in here till December 13, from October. I didn't want to use their services. The day that I got that on Angie's List, I called them and they were very ignorant. The lady said they were busy and said she would call me back. I waited about four hours and called her back. She said she told me she was busy and they would call me back. I called back Angie's List and I told them I didn't want that service no more. The next day they called and asked me what I wanted. I said the furnace, and they said they couldn't come here till December. I'll never use them.

The Technician came, diagnosed problem, gave me the price to fix it and returned later and fixed my furnace. Thank you.

My furnace quit producing heat just before bed. I decided to wait until morning to call for service. I called first thing in the morning (before 7am) and just over an hour after I called there was a service technician at my door. He was quickly able to diagnose that the heat igniter (or something like that) had gone bad and was able to find one on his truck that would work in my furnace. He replaced it and had the furnace blowing warm air less than 2 hours after my initial phone call. I have used Restano in the past and have always had prompt professional service. This time was no different. I highly recommend them for all heating and cooling services.

I really appreciated that we didn't have to pay for the first part ordered once they realized the heat exchanger was the true issue. They were on time every visit and always professional.

Everything went as usual with Restano. I've used them for years to do a furnace clean and check. Oddly, the technician warned me not to purchase the filters we had as they were too thick, even though they were the correct size. He said he had mangled one trying to replace it, and that the original would still need to be changed. When my husband got home, he replaced the dirty filter with one of the same the tech had trouble with, admitting he had to be careful when doing so, but it did fit. Perhaps the technician was just feeling too rushed. In any case, he was prompt and provided the rest of the service without incident. I will continue to use Restano to service our furnace and A/C.

Courteous and professional company.

Very old furnace, but Dan simply serviced it rather than trying to sell us a new furnace. It needed to have a belt replaced that Dan did not have with him. He brought a belt out a few weeks later and installed it, all at no additional charge. $79 for the inspection and cleaning as advertised, plus $79 for fixing the gas line leak.

They called to let me know when the furnace tech was going to arrived. He arrived on time, very friendly, clean, professional, answered all my questions and even gave me some good advice. Didn't waste any time, did a great job and now I have peace of mind for the winter. I would definitely go with Restano again for any furnace or plumbing needs.

As a $79 maintenance air conditioner special, the price was greater; however, I made the order in mid May and after making the online order I discovered the my visit could not be scheduled until 30 more days, mid June. Yes, there are many other service companies for air conditioning maintenance. An upfront, before order warning, about wait time would have been most helpful and may deterred my decision. The service man arrived on time and I received a call from their operator to indicate the pending arrival time. I have know issues except the need for a 30 day waiting period before service

We called Rsetano after hours for help with our furnace as it had stopped working on a very cold night. The service was excellent. They arrived within two hours, explained all the repairs to my husband and then surprisingly charged us much less than we thought considering the time of the call. We definitely plan to use them in the future for all of our heating needs. The worker suggested we buy the Angie's list deal for a tune up so we will do that.

The gentleman was on time, professional and friendly and finished up quickly. No complaints.

I purchased the deal in early May and was contacted to schedule an appointment very quickly; however I had to wait until mid June for an appointment in my area since they were so busy. As promised I was called on the appointment date to let me know technician was on his way. Bob was very professional and friendly. He performed the work quickly and ensured I knew that I could call if I experienced any problems. My suggestion to the vendor is they may need to assess their staffing levels since I had to wait so long for an appointment. Reason I rated pricing a 'B' was because I saw some offers in other media that advertised lower price to do maintenance ($49, $59) but stuck with Restano since they were on Angie's List.

They came when scheduled and did what they were supposed to do. They had the part on the truck so there was no delay to order the part. My brother is a plumber in Texas and thought they were pretty pricey. No further problem since.

Furnace & central A/C stopped working on 5/8/15. Technician was not able to come to house until 5/14/15. Determined that blower controller board was not working. Part was ordered, and was not replaced until 5/28/15. Three weeks is a long time to go without a working furnace or central A/C, especially when that time span includes 90F temps. Technician & staff were courteous when we called them, but we had to contact them for updates.

I ended up getting a whole to AC unit.

He did what was expected. I was dismayed to find the same service in a deal the week after by a different company for $30 less but that's what I get for being an early bird on the air conditioner season.
