I have used Poo Poo Pros for a couple of months. Lyle is a friendly and professional person. He came to do the initial cleaning of my yard and explained the service. Since then, his son Seth comes every Wednesday to follow up. He cleans the yard, leaves a card saying what time he was there, and closes the gate behind him. This is such a nice service--it's nice to be able to take this chore off my list and it is especially nice that this company does such a great job. The cost above is for two dogs for a small yard, once a week service.

Poo-Poo pros provieds excellent service. .I work and my mom is elderly and has arthritis so she can't manage the clean-up. This service is wonderful for us .The guys are prompt and do a great job. The price is great!.I would highly recommend them!!

They do a really great job. They're timely, the price is right, and everything they promise they come through with. They're kind and respectful.

In late 2012 I fell and broke my arm (nasty break, as in a 3 month recuperative period). Needless to say my husband was not fond of cleaning up after the dogs while I was unable to and the yard was a total mess by Spring. I gave Poo Poo Pros a call and they responded in a very timely manner and before I knew it had the yard in great shape. They were extremely professional and hard working. I can not give them high enough praise for the work that they do. They are professional, courteous and reasonably priced (for my yard, two visits a week, $69.50/month...a steal). If they say they are going to be here, they are. One time in all of these months the owner was sick and called to let me know that they woud not be there on Thursday and had to reschedule. If I could give them a higher rating than a 'A', I would. They are the best.

I contacted Lyle several months ago and have been very pleased with the service. His son comes every Friday morning, scoops the poop and leaves me a card, indicating that he has done the work. The work is done unobtrusively and effectively. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone in this area or beyond. Their rates are quite reasonable; they bill in advance on a monthly basis. The cost above is for one weekly clean-up.

We have been using their service for about two years and they do a great job. They come out on the same day and time every week. They are very good about coming in snow or rain. They also let us know if they are taking a day off and rescheduling. They are very good with their cleanliness in the yard.

When I set up the service they told me they would come out on Monday's and they always show up at the same time. They do a great job.

He shows up every week like clock work. I am very happy with their work. They are a rather small company so the same guy comes out every week. They send me a monthly bill and I am able to do an automatic transfer through my bank.

Lyle and his son, Seth, offer a wonderful service at a fair price. They come once to do an initial cleaning then set up a schedule to come on an ongoing basis. Lyle is great about quickly returning calls and emails. Seth is great at letting you know if he is going to be later than usual. Once the service is started everything runs great. A card is left to let you know they had been by do their job. The monthly billing is easy and convenient. I am very satisfied with them!

Seth came and told us what they would do each week and how we would be billed. We were given a particular day each week and Lyle comes and cleans up the yard. They make sure the gate is closed after them. They scoop the yard of dog doo and take it away with them.

Always shows up on the day expected. Quick service. Always professional.

He's been awesome. He comes faithfully every Tuesday and leaves a card in my back door so I know that he was there. He does a really good job and lets himself in and out. I would recommend him to anyone.

Poo-Poos Pros showed up on time and after discussing what would be done, proceed to clean up the "poo" from our two Beagles. Seth, the son, was very professional and diligent about cleaning the yard. Lyle, the father, comes regularly on Tuesdays and is in and out quickly leaving the yard clean of "poo". My husband and I are very pleased with this service.

Lyle has been scooping my dog's poo from my yard since about 2010. Lyle does a great job. He is very reliable and shows up every week on time. The price for a month of weekly poo removal is $34.50, which is well worth it! Thanks Lyle!

We use PooPoo Pros 2 times weekly. We have used them for about 3 years. We LOVE them!! They are punctual, dependable and very nice. We trust them and would recommend then ith complete confidence. Great work ethic!

Lyle is very professional and punctual. He cleans the yard on the same day each week except when there is a heavy snowfall. I've been using his services for almost two years. It's great to not have to deal with cleaning the yard, as the waste disappears every week. I'm very glad that Lyle is comfortable doing business over (my personally preferred method of) email. He bases the monthly fee on the size of the yard and number of dogs.

Do not hire this psychopath! I hired him to clean up after three large Rottweilers on a one acre fenced in lot. His son came out the first week and did an initial cleaning and did a good job. The next week Lyle came out and did the weekly cleaning. I have a privacy fence in the front and a galvanized chain link fence in the back with a sliding gate in my driveway. I informed Lyle if we werent home we would leave the side gate open for him, and if we were home we asked him to call and we would simply bring the dogs in and open the gate so he could pull in the driveway. He said he would be there between 3:30 and 4 every week and agreed to do just that. The first week he called my wife and asked her to open the gate. We brought the dogs in and opened the gate. He cleaned, put a card in the door, and left. This week he called and asked me to open the gate. He sounded angry and terse, and quickly hung up on me. My wife opened the gate, smiled and waved at him and he started yelling about how he cant wait forty minutes to clean the yard. Obviously my wife was afraid due to his unprovoked aggression, and the fact that she was home alone with three children under 5. After he left I called him and asked what happened. He said 'the gate needs to be opened". I asked him why he needed to yell at my wife about it and asked him how long he had been waiting. He said he didnt yell even though I could hear the anger in his voice and he was borderline yelling at me on the phone. He said he was very busy and repeated he couldnt be waiting. (The gate was open within two minutes of him calling me.) I said he just needed to communicate this with me and that it wasnt a problem the week before. He yelled some more and started asking me why I needed a fence like that. He said "what are you afraid of?" and why was my yard "all locked up?" He asked if my dogs were "mean" and told me to let my dogs out when he was there and he would" take care of them" whatever that meant. He said he would refund my fee for next week. I told him not to cash the check I just sent him. He hung up on me three times and I finally asked him if he wanted to have an adult conversation. He called me a "right wing wacko" whatever that means and asked me if I was waiting for "doomsday" with my fence. This man is frighteneing. Such unprovoked anger makes me contemplate calling the police. I noticed he doesnt have an address listed, just a P.O. box which is bizarre. I have no idea why Lyle was so aggravated today. He is extremely unprofessional. For some reason he didnt want this job and something caused him to call us "right wing wackos". The only thing I can think is that my checks say "God Bless America" and "I love Jesus" I also have a bumper sticker on my vehicle that says "Real Men Love Jesus". If this offends you Lyle, Im sorry this is the USA where we have Freedom of Religon and Expression. Since you were yelling, swearing, and hung up on my three times, here is why I have a privacy fence IN THE FRONT ONLY. 1. It is a private road. People speed at 40 MPH kicking up dust and rocks. I spoke with the police and they said there is no speed limit since it is a private road and nothing could be done about it. I got an ACTUAL physical fence because other dogs were coming into my yard and there were two dog fights. Further, a privacy fence is polite to your neighbors when you have three large dogs. No one wants dogs barking at them. Last only the front (or about 30%) of the fence is privacy. The rest is a standard galvanized steel five foot high so the dogs cant jump over it. Further, Lyle, you said you would be there between 3:30 and 4, and we wrote that on our refrigarator. You were there today at 3. The gate wouldnt have been open anyway. You are extremely unprofessional. For some reason you didnt want this job. Sorry to inconvenience you with 'business'. Do not hire this man. He has severe problems. Its people like these that I have three dogs in the first place.

They are very reliable and I think their prices are fair.

I called for a one-time pooper scooper service. They were able to schedule me for the date and time that worked for me (Saturday at 8:30 am) and showed up exactly at 8:31! The service was very quick and my yard is cleaner than it's been in a very long time. The best part is that the one-time pick-up fee is only $35 for the first gallon of dog poo! The young man was very polite, too. I will use this service again soon!
