Poo-Poo Pro is absolutely a luxury!!! They have serviced me for the last 5 years. I have a great Dane and imagine cleaning up after that. I would have been miserable keeping up with that. If you're looking for someone to take a lot of crap, look at Lyle and Poopoo pros. They take all the crap you can give them! In fact they've been taking my dogs crap for many many years – and I highly recommend them for their service!

Lyle & company are very professional & upfront regarding pricing & services performed. Also, on a couple occasions I had asked if they could do the yard on a different day than our normal scheduled day of the week because we were having a party at the house. Poopoopros execute flawlessly every time!

Lyle came the first time a few months ago (winter) and I noticed that he was only cleaning one side of the yard ( it was covered with snow). When I asked him about why he got quite defensive and a bit aggressive. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since this is supposed to his area of expertise. Although I was taken aback by his overall unprofessional demeanor I decided to give him a try. A few days ago I told him that the townhouse association was going to perform an inspection this Friday and that he needed to make sure it was all clear of waste to avoid potential fines. He came today and only spent 5 minutes and left, once again only did one side of the yard. I decided to inspect the yard myself to make sure it was clear and sure enough I found 8 more poops across the yard (keep in mind this is a 10x10 aprox yard) I found 6 on the side he never inspects and 2 on the side he just cleaned. Needless to say I was very disappointed, so I fired him. There is absolutely no value on having someone so unreliable and bad at something that should not require any skills whatsoever.

Lyle has no customer service skills and his lack of professionalism speaks volumes. The initial clean up was awesome. Then today I noticed it was raining and our previous pooper scooper didn't scoop when it rains so I thought I should ask Lyle if he scoops in the rain. He proceeded to yell and cuss at me because I ASKED A QUESTION!!!!! Then, his Guy came and afterwards I walked the yard and saw a lot of Poop was missed. I texted him about it and again, he got an attitude and said "he's not allowed to miss any?" ...I thought to myself "I bet when he sends that invoice he doesn't want a partial payment so why shohld I get partial service?"... so I told him to refund what we just paid and I'll clean my own yard for free and I'll do it right!

I have used them for 2 years. Service was excellent until 2 months ago. Yard was to be cleaned bi-weekly. I have had to email and tell them yard had not been cleaned. Owner was prompt to send some one out, but I shouldn't have to contact them every month when work is not performed. I hate to lose the service, they do an excellent job,but it is no longer reliable.

I'm canceling them because the service has become very poor. They were great in the beginning. I've had them for a good while, but it has been very bad the last couple of months. It costs $34.50 a month. I thought their pricing was excellent. They were supposed to come twice a month and clean up my dog run. I've had them for almost two years. The last six months, I have to call them and remind them to come and then the guy doesn't come and hasn't done a very good job. So I've been very displeased with them, the last three or four months. Whenever I would call, he would tell me he would get somebody out here, but then the next month, I would have to call again and again. But they always responded. Whenever I e-mailed, he always responded quickly, to my requests.

They come once a week and clean up the dog waste from my two dogs. He is very nice..very professional..always punctual and does it with a smile. They are reasonably priced and I greatly appreciate the service they provide me.

They are utterly reliable and do great work. It has been a pleasure working with them. They are careful to close the gate after they go, so I don't have to worry about the dogs getting loose.

Lyle comes every Tuesday and goes into our fenced in yard and scoops the poop from our two beagles. He leaves a card in the door to let us know he was here. I'm very happy to have him.
