Description of Work: Very friendly and helpful, fair price for work done. They checked all of our storm drains and cleared the blocked ones. One could not be fully cleared with snake only (90 degree angle on the pipe), and they educated us on what our options were.

Description of Work: We had a plumber fix the bathroom faucet and tub. The hot water stopped working after he was done and he refused to return to rectify the problem. The plumber from Poillucci knew immediately what the issue was and he and his helper fixed the problem. The plumber explained everything that he was going to do to my husband and we have not had a problem since.

Description of Work: Replaced the main water line going into the house. Price was exactly what they quoted when they first came to my home. It was also about half of the price I got from another plumbing company. Clean up was done well within the house and they offered advise on where to find providers to repair the exterior signs of the repair.

Description of Work: In the past Poilluci has hooked up a dishwasher for us. This past time they switched some lines that had been put in backwards (hot/cold reversed). Always show up on time or early and are efficient and friendly.

Description of Work: I was having a clogged sewer drain issue and my insurance company sent Poillucci to service it. They were friendly, fast, and seemed knowledgable. I was very pleased with their work. Since the work was covered by insurance I wasn't charged so I don't know how much it cost.

Description of Work: Nick's guys did a great job . we have been using him for all our plumbing needs he's very professional and so are his workers. was in and out. i highly recommend him . he's a little on the pricey side but you know the jobs done right. had new gas line installed in basement.

Description of Work: Repaired a sewer line break. Done as promised. Also fixed another pipe in the cellar and only raised the price slightly for that fix from what was originally quoted. He also didn't ask for a cent till he was done.

Description of Work: A friend recommended Poillucci Plumbing to me, and once I saw the rating on Angie's list, I did not hesitate to call them. It took a week for them to come out and give me an estimate, which I was aware would cost $65. That $65 would be rolled into the total cost of the work if I chose to go with them. When I met with the plumber, he told me he was booked up for another 2 weeks. The lady I scheduled with could have mentioned this on the phone when we had spoken a week prior to that. Nonetheless, I decided to stick with Poillucci and wait it out for 2 weeks. He never did get back to me with an estimate, and I eventually had to find another plumber. I understand that they are busy, but if they are going to charge for an estimate, they need to inform the client beforehand that they are unable to start until x number of weeks. And the fact that they wasted my time with never even getting back to me is really not appreciated.
