My main sewer had roots. After dealing with two large companies, I asked friends. One knowledgeable friend recommended Nick Poillucci. He was superior at diagnosing the problem thoroughly by being able to get a camera through the old trap. Although he wanted to dig, he was willing to subcontract for a liner when I pleaded to save my trees, even though he didn't get as much of the job. Every aspect of the job was under his tight supervision and he did much of the work himself. I was so pleased with his work that I gave him a tip.

Company called to lets us know that we were on the schedule for 2-16-12. On 2-16-12 the plumber Dave called to say he was on his way and would arrive in 1/2 hour. Dave was professional, polite, he went right to work and cleaned up after himself . He did a good job . We have used Poillucci Pluming in the passed , Nick and all his employees have always been professional and polite. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nick was professional, polite and left area cleaner than he found it. Total time was over an hour but only charged for an hour. I plan on using Poillucci Plumbing again. Couldn't be happier.

They arrived promptly as promised, evaluated the situation, provided me an estimate and went right to work. The two young men that came to the house were very polite, professional and stayed on task until complete. They had to replace some of the pipes due to the age of them and they replaced them with copper. They left to get what they needed, returned as promised, and took care of the problem. They could not have been nicer. They were very respectful, attended to my cats as I requested (which was of importance to me) and cleaned up better than I could imagine. This was a special circumstance and they addressed it as such. I felt important to them and they are always here to provide good service. I highly recommend this company as they are very dependable, reasonable, professional and I know that I can trust that everything they do is going to be the right thing.

My only concern was that on both visits I was given a four hour time in which the plumbers would come. In both instances the plumbers were late. They did call, but were late by an hour or so. If I had taken time off from work to accommodate the plumbers, I would have been very disturbed by this delay.

They called me at 7:45am to let me know that they would be able to get to my repair that day. They also called 30 minutes ahead of time so I knew when they were going to arrive. They arrived with water heaters on their truck so they were well prepared. They did a very good job of replacing the water heater and cleaned up everything afterwards. They removed the old water heater as well. They were very informative and helpful. I don't really have a price to give because it was covered under my home warranty.

Basically said pay out the $450 or they leave and no new hot water heater gets installed and I have to wait another 2 days before my warrantee company can send another contractor. Paid the money, the helper screwed up with the sweating of the fittings, the plumber was swearing and acting unprofessional, and in the end turns out I have a regulator and expansion tank, but the plumber was too busy trying to screw me over so he never noticed it. I'm in the trades and I have never seen a tank or piece of equipment shimmed up off the floor with round copper couplings. What jerks, would recommend you keep these guys out of your house. They disgrace the trade.

They did an excellent job and the prices were good. They did replace the old parts in the toilet. They were really nice. I do highly recommend them since we have gone through about 8 plumbers in the past year.

Took too long to do the rough in work and then NEVER showed up to complete the finish plumbing, also not willing to write out the scope of work so I could see the cost breakdowns whatsoever. A job that could and should have taken about a month total ended up taking three and we had to hire someone else to finish the job. Not trustworthy I would never do business with them and would not even allow them to come if the warranty company sent them.

The drain in my wash tub was clogged so that whenever I would do 1 load of laundry, even if the tub didn't overflow, it would take almost the whole day to drain. I went through Poillucci Plumbing because the home warranty company I have required me to use a plumber they contract with. The $60 fee is a copayment required by the warranty. I couldn't be happier. The gentleman who arrived did so promptly and cleared the clog immediately. Being a new home owner, he even had suggestions for me as far as what I should not put down the garbage disposal because things put in there could ultimately lead to a blockage back in the basement again. I would recommend Poillucci Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber with superior service.

I used them because they are the guys that my home warranty sends us. They do good work, and have given some good suggestions also. They also always come out the same day, or as much as they can.

They do great work and I will use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

I had him here and he was terrible and messy. He wanted to charge me an arm and a leg and he was rude about it. I paid him to come out to look at the job and I called my other plumber and he charged me a third of the amount.

Price is AHS Home Warranty deductible, but I think that they would be worth any price. Very knowledgeable, professional, prompt and efficient. They really seem to care about their work and definitely are very familiar with older homes. We will call them directly for work once our home warranty expires.

They have installed a shower head for me. They have also installed a faucet and repaired an old toilet. They always came in or below estimate. They clean up after themselves and are very courteous.

Work was done under my home warranty, to satisfy request from potential buyer after inspection. Nick Poillucci came promptly the same day I submitted the request to the warranty company and had two men come the next day to do the work. They were prompt (came even before I expected them), polite, and quick.

Nick called back the morning after I left a message, and his crew showed up the same day to do the job. Work was done quickly and correctly, and the crew cleaned up after themselves well. Price was lower (by $30-$100) than other plumbers contacted for the job.

NICK AND HIS PARTNER WERE GREAT. THEY TOOK CARE OF WHAT I REQUESTED AND WERE IN AND OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. NICK ANSWERS HIS OWN PHONE WHENEVER I CALLED. EXCELLENT. WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN! HE ALSO LOOKED AT OUR SINK WHICH WAS LEAKING AND HE SUGGESTED WHAT TO DO; RECOMMENDED SOMEONE AND DIDN'T WASTE ME TIME WITH MORE MONEY EXPENSES. I AM NOT SURE HOW MUCH A NEW DISPOSAL WOULD COST (OURS WAS COVERED BY A HOME WARRANTY), HOWEVER, I AM SURE NICK WOULD BE VERY FAIR!

THOUGH I HAD SLIGHT DIFFICULTY SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT, ONCE I DID, NICK & HIS ASSISTANT PLUMBER WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. THEY WERE THOROUGH IN THEIR WORK AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING INVOLVED IN THE JOB. THEY ALSO NOTICED I HAD RECENTLY REPAIRED THE WALL AND FLOOR IN THIS AREA, AND TOOK CARE TO MINIMIZE THE AMOUNT OF REMOVAL THEY HAD TO DO TO THESE FINISHED SURFACES.
