They were both very friendly and made sure to latch the door every time they went out so my dogs wouldn't get out. I will definitely call them again if needed and recommend them to my friends and family.

I called for service and he arrived within the hour. He asked me to send a picture of the valve so he would be sure to have the right one with him. I had just moved in and there were boxes everywhere. He had to move several out of the way to get to the main shutoff valve. He said he didn't mind at all and was very pleasant. I would definitely call Poillucci Plumbing again.

The plumber arrived on time and explained the issue and was very clear about what he was going to do. I ahd some minor problems that he also helped out with while he was at the house.

The guys were great. They cleaned up after the job was done. I was very happy with their work.

I had a sewer backup in the basement. I called Poilluci at 8:10am left a message of voicemail, got a call back about 10min later, and was told they would get the plumbers in in 2hr. The two plumbers arrived at 10am, and proceeded dealing with the 10-in deep sewer waters that were in my basement. They cleared the clog (snake + vacuum), cleared some of the densest junk of the floor, tried putting camera through to see if there were any further problems, but due to the age of the pipes were unable to do so. The whole thing took them slightly under 1:30hr.

THE SERVICE MEN CALLED AND GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THEY WOULD BE THERE.THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND WAS VERY CAREFUL ON HOW THEY BROUGHT IN THE EQUIPMENT. THEY PUT A TARP ON THE FINISHED FLOOR SO THEY WOULD NOT DAMAGE THE FLOOR IN ANY WAY. THEY DID ALL OF THE WORK IN A WORKMAN LIKE MANNER. THEY WERE VERY NEAT IN ALL OF THEIR WORK.THEN THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE .I WAS VERY,VERY PLEASED WITH ALL OF THEIR WORK. AFTER THAT I CALLED ON A LATER DATE AND HAD THEM PUT A HOT WATER HEATER IN FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY QUICK WITH THE SERVICE. AND ONCE AGAIN THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND WORKED IN A WORKMAN LIKE MANNER. I WOULD USE POILLUCCI PLUMBING IN THE FUTURE FOR ANY OF MY PLUMBING NEEDS. AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY BODY.THE SERVICE WAS ONE OF THE BEST THAT I EVER HAD.

They fixed everything for a very moderate price and they came out right away. They've come out before. Every time, they come right away and have been very moderately priced.

Todd was excellent. He evaluated our home's plumbing system quickly, explained everything to us so we could understand the root cause of the problems. Provided clear explanations of the options of how he could try to resolve the problems. Was clear about what he couldn't guarantee (that snaking would not hurt our old pipes, etc.), and helped us decide how to proceed right away, and what we needed to do (cheaply!) for the repair of the 2 issues he was unable to resolve today (because of the age of our plumbing system and fixtures). TREMENDOUS service in these days of bigger companies with estimates out of the atmosphere and service providers with minimal experience, little common sense, and pressure to recommend expensive fixes.....

I don't know what's different since the last posting, but I had a super experience. I have a home warranty and they contract with Poillucci Plumbing to replace (at least my) water heater. I called in the afternoon on Tuesday and they were here by noon on Wednesday. Todd was very professional, explained everything about the work he was doing and cleaned up after himself. My out-of-pocket was the $75.00 service fee plus the $25.00 permit fee for the County that the warranty company would not cover (permit is needed for any new hot water heaters installed). Todd even kindly checked out the status of a leaking faucet to see if it would be covered by the warranty (it's not), which I really appreciated knowing without incurring another service fee only to be told it wouldn't be covered. Again, I had a great experience. I was informed up front of any possible costs when I called to schedule the appointment (including any possible fees to make my 1993 water heater up to code - which didn't apply because it was ok) so there were no surprises. I had a 40 gallon hot water heater replaced with a new energy efficient one. Life is good.

On time, knowledgeable, good job. I've used them several times and I've always been happy with the quality of the work, and professionalism. I will use them again.

My experience went well. The grinder worked well but I had to call them back to repair the ejector pipe connector after it broke lose. The staff was reasonable and did come back out to repair the pipe correctly after I requested them to without charge. The pricing was reasonable.

They came to snake out our basement drain to the house. They were able to come same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and cleared the problem. I would like to update this, as nice as this experience was-it turned out they misdiagnosed the problem. This was the first plumber we called when our basement drain backed up. It wasn't until 3 backups later we had a company out who recommended camera inspection-which revealed a cracked main line. That was a horrible experience, but ended up being a very necessary repair for our house. Poilluci had simply recommended using thinner toilet paper and said the backups were more normal for older homes piping. So again, the price was fair for snaking the line-but thats not ultimately what our home needed.

Plumber did not try and recreate the leak that I heard. Did not ask questions and now I have kitchen ceiling falling down. I would not recommend this service.

They came in after having multiple plumbing issues addressed by other plumbers, and they took care of the problems all together. Haven't needed anyone since.

The plumber who responded to our call was great. We were working through a home warranty and he was very up front with his costs and, in his experience, what the warranty usually covered. He helped uncover a larger leak after fixing a small one in the bathroom, and then spent the next hour finding the source of the larger leak. He was very thorough and meticulous in his work, fixed everything, and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Poillucci Plumbing to anyone in need to quick, efficient service.

Poillucci Pluming to the rescue again: We have used them several times in the past and have always been very pleased. We needed this work done for a house we are selling and needed them on very short notice and they some how managed to get us in their schedule within a week. I used Poilucci Plumbing because they were on the approved vendor list for my home warranty. They took a couple of days to get to my house to replace the water heater, which had sprung a slow leak. They convinced me to pay for a pressure release tank because they said it was called out by the current code; didn't check if their claim was true or not. I also paid extra to get a slightly larger tank installed. Overall Poilucci probably padded the bill to the home warranty company and to me, but it was easier to go with an approved company. The workmanship was very good and the unit has operated without problems for the last six months.

I called in the morning with a bit of an emergency. They said they could have someone there the same day between 11 and 1. The gentleman called when he was on his way and was extremely nice. He took a look at the problem, told me what he was going to do, quoted a price and proceeded with my approval. He ran into an issue and kept me informed the entire time. He ended up snaking the line under the cellar floor and successfully cleared an obstruction. Will definitely use again.

All went smoothly, staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Work was done correctly and on time - couldn't be happier! Will definitely be my first call for any future plumbing issue.

Courtesy person working the phone. Get a Tech out right away. Tech found the leak right away! Had the part on the truck. I would use Poillucci Plumbing again!
