Description of Work: Four basement windows replaced in an older home (~100 yes). Two with screen vents. When first install came, found out they had measured one window wrong, so had to wait on that window. But installers were efficient, pleasant and well cleaned the basement before leaving. Last window was put in about 3 weeks later, looks good. Different installer, and he didn't leave area as cleaned up as first set. All said, we like the windows and are happy with the job.

Description of Work: We had our basement windows replaced with glass block. They did a great job. They cleaned up both inside and out. Only one small problem, they didn't tell be about one window interfering with the cold air return. We easily fixed it. I love the windows, they make the basement lighter and it seems warmer.

Description of Work: The actual install of the glass block went well and it looks nice, although I had a good bit of clean-up to do afterwards. The guys weren't very thorough with that part of the job.

Description of Work: I have had Pittsburgh Glass Block put windows and doors in for me in the past. I do not remember specific costs and dates. I always find them punctual, professional, well-mannered, and they clean up before they leave. I have hired them more than once and would hire them again.

Description of Work: I had 2 installations |9 basement windows, and then 1 bathroom window - all were quality installs and beautiful glass (especially the bathroom one) - but they were messy in the basement install - The salesman told me there would be no mess, and I had a lot of cleanup to do - the reduced my charge accordingly - the second one was part of a renovation - so mess was not an issue

Description of Work: They replaced 1924 wood framed single paned basement windows. |Responded quickly to call, measured and showed product samples, we made selection and added a couple vents and dryer vent to one. |Crew showed up and quickly and professionally removed, installed and cleaned up. Only wish I had called them forty years earlier.
