Excellent. They did a great job. They were clean, professional, and hardworking. I highly recommend them to others.

Very disappointing experience. Had hired them in the past. Made an appt, where they measured up the windows, got a quote for glass block windows and hired them in July 2018. Was told by Bruce, the sales person that it was approximately 4 weeks for installation and I would be called with the scheduled date. Four weeks passed and no phone call. I called and was told that I have to schedule for measurements, then schedule for installation. Did that - met them for measurements. Then called to schedule installation. It's now September. As of today, they have cancelled the installation dates three times, with "we are understaffed and don't have enough people to do the work." I could have gone to Lowes, Home Depot or other glass block vendors and already had them installed for the same price or less. Run away from this company.

They did a good job cementing the glass block in place of the windows. One area they had to remove a piece of wood that opened up a cold air return. We did repair that ourselves, but they didn't tell us. Everything was cleaned up when they finished and we are very pleased.

Arrived on time and finished the job quickly and with little mess. Would definitely hire again if needed.

Found representative I talked to on the phone to be arrogant and uninterested to secure my business. After saying they charged a minimum of $285 regardless of project size and possibly more for a basement window, she basically told me how lucky I would be for them to consider taking the job because other glass block companies wouldn't even come out for one small window. I was in the service business for years and totally understand minimum charges but cannot tolerate arrogance and a "take it or leave it" attitude in the front line communicator whom I would have fired in a heart beat had she worked for me. Incidentally, I mentioned that they were highly recommended and that they had just secured a several thousand job to replace windows in the building of an organization that I was a due paying member of to try and soften her attitude but honestly, she could have cared less. In the end, I called South Hills Glass Block Company to do the job. They were professional, courteous, prompt, dependable and reasonably priced not to mention finished the job in under 2 hours!

Everything went very well. After I ordered deal, rep from company called within a day or two to schedule two appts. The first appt to examine window to confirm size, etc and to get estimate for window well piece as mentioned above. After first appt. $10 added because I had wood frame that needed replaced (which was no problem/reasonable and clear that there could be added costs via deal. Estimate for install of new window well was $75. We had them do everything for the additional $85. The office called prior to second appt to confirm we wanted add-on. Worker was prompt and completed work as promised for second appt. They did a nice job. I would recommend them and will use again.

This was professionally handled from beginning to end. A highly experienced employee was sent out to estimate the job. He personally examined each window and explained what would be required and the cost. The windows exceeded the size in the package I had purchased, but the upcharge was modest and reasonable. The work was performed over a two-day period as scheduled. I couldn't be more pleased with the final results and my neighbor plans on having her windows done by the same company after seeing my completed results.

They arrived when promised and completed the work professionally. This is the second time I have used them and have been very satisfied.

This work was done some time ago, but I remember it went perfect ... from the initial meeting to the finished product. The salesman (Mark) was kind, patient in explanations, and responsive to questions. The installer was no less, did a great job with the windows, and he left my property clean.

Pittsburgh Glass Block did an exceptional job at a very affordable price. Windows are much more secure than the old window-well windows and were installed with a small vent that closes securely. Thanks.

Overall they did a good job. The final product looks good and our interactions with the office and salesperson have been very professional. The installers called prior to arriving and were early for the appointment. I'm a bit disappointed that they left all of the lights on in my basement, as well as leaving my basement door, garage door, and backyard gate wide open. I'm not sure who traditionally walks out of a customer's house leaving it entirely open but that was a bit of a surprise. Also disappointed that even after a phone call we never received a quote from the salesperson for other work that we were hoping to complete.

Debbie was very helpful with setting up the install Jeff and Shawn arrived on time after confirming via in the morning. They were pretty efficient and were able to complete the job within 1 hour and 30 minutes! They cleaned up nicely afterwards too!

A+ all around. Bruce arrived promptly to give an estimate. I signed and mailed the paperwork a day later with the deposit. They called immediately to schedule an install. The installers were prompt, professional, efficient, and nice. I appreciate that Bruce talked through all of the options and the instillation process. While he was at my home he was also able to give advice and estimates for work we plan to have done within the next year.
