Description of Work: Repointed and replaced cracked brick on our chimney. The brick and mortar he used matched perfectly. You can not tell the difference from what was existing to His new repair work. He is a true craftsman. Exceptional dedication to his work.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate to clean the brick on my house. The owner came out to appraise the work and told me that he the job was too big--he has a small crew and only takes on small jobs. He was very nice and professional.

Description of Work: removed and added new cement into 1 large block window and 2 smaller block windows. Also, faced the brick on the side of the house. It was a very neat job and the cement work very close to original color. It is hardly noticable. Good job.

We hired him a few months ago and he kept in touch with us regarding scheduling. He was professional and his workers were totally courteous and thorough. Description of Work: This is my second review of Mr. Perry. In the first, we reported on work he had done for us; it was well done and reasonable in cost. In this review I want to say that we called him about another job and he said that he didn't do this kind of work but recommended someone who did. That has worked out very well, and we have hired the recommended person for two more job since, neither of which were in Mr. Perry's bailiwick.

Description of Work: We are selling this house and due to home inspector report the buyer wanted chimney brick repointed. I called several companies and was told thet they were done working for the season. Ed said that the weather was still warm enough for him to get the job done. He repointed the chimney and redid the concrete cap. It looks great.

I called 7 contractors..Ed was one of only 3 to call me back and the only one to show up to look at the work to be done. He does what he says he will..is honest and his estimate was fair. He is also knowledgable and professional.We will be using him on this job and others in the future!

Description of Work: I called Perry Masonry for an estimate on a chimney facing repair. Ed Perry returned my call within 24 hrs. Even though he was not able to bid the job due to the type of facing on my chimney, he was very helpful in getting me directed to the proper specialized mason. My first impression was very positive and I'd certainly try him again in the future.

Description of Work: Pointed extensively around the cement block foundation of my house. I had water thorugh blocks into my basement this past winter. Also pointed around all my windows and doors plus tops of the columns on my front porch. Called back and came for estimate within 2 weeks. Gave me an approximate time of 6 weeks to start work. Did the work within 6 weeks. We walked around my house and he showed me where the foundation cement block and the brick over doorways and windows needed pointed. He did the work within one day and when finished had me look at the finished work to assure satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the work so far.
