Description of Work: It's too soon to rate "quality," that being an element that proves itself over time; I have no complaints so far in that regard. Everything else went exceedingly well. Professional Front Office and efficient (as in it did not take long for the work to be completed) performance. New opener and new springs work fine so far.

Description of Work: removed old garage door, rails and springs. door contained lead based paint, so we had to pay an additional abatement fee. it wasn't detailed on the bill, included in the total. not sure I liked that. but the door is beautiful and the service was excellent.

Description of Work: Overhead replaced an insulated garage door and opener on a home remodeling project. Their staff were extremely professional and did an excellent job with the installation. I was pleased with the price and the quality. We had to order a custom sized door, which took a couple of weeks for manufacturing and shipping, but everything was on time, as quoted, and looks and works great.

It went very well.
Description of Work: The wood beams and connections for the garage door had to be fixed. The repairman came out when he promised, did exactly what was needed and charged a fair price for his time.

Description of Work: I had them come do a safety check and maintenance. Al found a broken pulley on one spring and replaced it. He also checked and lubricated the door and helped program our outside keypad. Very happy with the work and will definitely use Overhead Door again.

OVERHEAD DOOR RETURNED OUR INQUIRY CALL PROMPTLY AND SENT OUT A REPRESENTATIVE TO INFORM US OF THE MANY CHOICES AVAILABLE. AFTER WE PURCHASED THE DOORS THEY WERE INSTALLED AS SOON AS THEY WERE MANUFACTURED. THE INSTALLER WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS!
